The hotel has recently been bought over and the person greeting us explained this and said 8f we needed anything to call them . They hope to kake lots 9f improvement in the near future but at present it was adequate ww stayed one night. Clean bed. Kettle and tv. Shower hot room clean staff polite and helpful. For the prices we were happy.

The rooms were clean, staff Anthony was very polite and helpful. Ambience was calm, had a good stay.

Arrived and the hotel was shut having been served a safety enforcement notice by Fire Officers. Really nothing else to say other than give me my money back

Room was clean. We stayed in a pet friendly room so the carpets were stained in places but generally clean. Good value for money.

If you are looking for a roof over your head then its adequate. staff at check in. Room was clean with mould in the bathroom. Carpets very old. Curtain was hanging had to put it up properly to close them. All in all you get what you paid for.

The staff was courteous. The place was average. Mold on the ceiling in the shower and the carpet was in bad shape.

Very very dated. Room - carpet faded, stained, worn. Woodwork rotten and dirty. Main light did not work. Heater rusted with dirt and barely worked. Curtains dated and dirty. Reception - non existant unless phoned.

Booked last minute available cheap room for Dundee. He said, basic but fine. Wouldn't stay more than 1 night, fine for a quick stopover.

The rooms were clean in most places, but I had to clean the shower head and bathroom ventilation. But the bedroom was comfortable and clean. Overall a good stay.

Next to subway sandwiches and a garage with an m&s

Clean room, comfy bed, free wifi, easy to park, nice and quiet and the staff were all lovely and very accommodating we asked for an extra pillow and the chap on reception brough them to the room

It just does what it says on the tin as a budget hotel - it’s a safe, clean, basic but well-appointed room to stay in overnight. The one staff member we saw was polite and helpful and we had no issues.
