Staff unresponsive with messages when there was an issue with the booking, unhelpful and zero communication when I was supposed to arrive in 24hrs was told it would take 72hrs for a response, was then told they would organise a refund but 15 days later this money has still not been sent.

Lovely stay, nice room and enjoyed the pool.

Really great place. Felt safe and quiet for kids. Great spot for busses and for restaurants. So close to a little bay which is beautiful. Really lovely and friendly staff. Great views from the top rooms. Good value.

Hotel staff were very friendly. The apartment with one bedroom was excellent. The sea view was amazing. Breakfast was very good. Location was fantastic. A great Aparthotel. We are booking again for next year.

Wunderbares Hotel direkt an zwei Stränden mit herrlicher Sicht zur Insel Dragonera. Frühstücksbuffet ist aussergewöhnlich lecker. Checkin war auf der Terasse möglich mit einem Glas Prosecco. Freundliches Personal und sehr schön eingerichtet. Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer ist auch angenehm.

Excellent place. Great breakfast. I was very impressed with this hotel. Customer service was excellent. Rooms were clean and modern. Well worth the stay.

I slipped on the wet acces to my room on the ground floor ,this ramp is very dangerous after rain ,it is about 1.5 meters wide with no handrais on either side ,extrem caution is required ,I have been told by staff that it has happened to serveral clients before. I would stay at this hotel again.I hope that handrails and non slip surfaces will have been installed. (I am a 75 year old man lift access is only from road level to ground level .(the hotel is about 5 floors high so not the best for any one with mobility issues ).

Great place to stay and will will be booking again.Our cleaner was was one of the best we have had when staying in Hotels/Apt.The buffet was great and staff in all parts of the Aparthotel was 100% perfect. Really lovely 2 night get stay here with breakfast. Welcome reception with excellent customer service. Apartment was immaculate & very comfortable with fabulous terrace overlooking the bay. Would stay again for sure.

Loved our stay at this hotel. Will definitely come again. Our apartment was perfect. It was up a lot of steps right at top of hotel not good for any mobility issues so make sure you specify if not keen. But I loved it up there. Amazing sea views and great glutes at the same time!!!

Clean, lovely decor, most of the staff were friendly. Thought the breakfast and dinner buffett were overpriced but couldn't beat the location and access to the beach! Feel like including beach towels, coffee, laundry and little things like that would've made our stay feel much more luxurious rather than getting charged for those simple things.

The hotel is very well maintained and spotless but above all the staff are really friendly and helpful. Location is great and a short 2 minute walk to the beach/town and nice and quiet.

Great view in a quiet beach area. Opportunity to cook some meals in kitchenette in room. Wish they provided basic things like oil, salt, pepper. Love the large balcony, watching sunset and relaxing. Nearby restaurants close early around 10-11pm. Beach is walking steps from hotel. Pay extra for using the safe and beach towels.
