The room was in great condition and the staff were very nice. We stayed in the Somerset room and would recommend. great location with the beach footsteps away.

This Old historic building is tastefully furnished with beautiful antiques and located right on the waterfront promenade, next to Beaconhill Park. The location is unbeatable for people who like to walk or cycle. The rooms are large, full of old world ambiance, with comfortable beds and quality linens. They offer a fine breakfast in the ocean view dining room in the morning (included in room rate). Excellent service during our 2 day stay. They also have lock ups for bikes with chargers for e-bikes. I highly recommend this place for a stay in Victoria.

Great breakfast and a beautiful environment.As a solo traveler,I felt very comfortable staying here. The staff were very friendly,even though I woke up late on my first day, they still prepared breakfast for me.The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the station.Highly recommended.

Amazing place to stay for a couple of days to unplug, read, take long walks on the beach and as a plus, the staff team, all are amazing.

The room looked clean. There was some dust on the mirror in the bathroom.

Best breakfast! Made to order, served quickly. Always included fruit juice, fresh fruit and hot coffee or tea. The water pressure was great and the water pressure was good. Very comfortable bed. Nearby Beacon Hill Park was fun to explore and offered a scenic shortcut to the harbour and downtown Victoria. It was about a 25-minute walk. The ocean is right across the road. We enjoyed watching the dogs in the leash-optional area. We will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was great. Room shows some need of TLC due to water or humidity, but overall a pretty minor issue. Awesome location. Would definitely stay again no questions asked.
