Really happy we found this Småland gem! We stayed a few nights at Gårdshotell. Very kind hosts, fantastic breakfast that includes local harvest, beautiful garden and surroundings overall. I wanna tell all my friends about it!

Everything was wonderful. Very clean cottage, with spacious living room, well equipped kitchen, bedrooms with comfortable beds, made us feel at home. Very beautiful lake with many very good fishing spots, offered us big catches of pike (the largest being 110cm long). After a tiring day of fishing we were able to relax in the floating sauna. Thanks to our hosts for the warm welcome. We will definitely come back.

Our stay at Ödevata Fiskecamp was definitely the highlight of our holiday. Where to begin? Our room was super nice; clean, fresh, nice view. The shower in our room was fantastic. The shared kitchen huge and well equipped. So convenient. Lovely playground for kids, little bikes and helmets for the little ones to use on the grounds. We enjoyed the floating sauna on the lake so much! Breakfast was amazing, with lots of locally produced organic food, also some vegan options.

We had a great time as a group of 11 people in the house Sjövillan between the 2 seas. A nice hottub, Sauna and a boat with electro motor to fish. We catched some pike, nothing big but it was fun. Recommend this whole place in ödevata.

You have to stay at this place if you are looking for the perfect typical Swedish setting! It was the favorite part of our trip. We didn’t stay at the hotel but on a camper spot right on the lake (grass spot which are much nicer than the concrete spots). Spent our days canoeing, swimming, fishing and going to the sauna. The owners are really super super friendly, we can feel they invest a lot of love in their place! Thank you for all these nice memories!
