Fabulous location and warm welcome. Our room, the Zodiac room, was large, very comfortable and beautifully furnished. It was very hot but there was already a fan in the room. My partner had a back massage and said it was great, as we're the facilities. There is no out door jacuzzi due to building works and it didn't spoil our time there. The restaurant was a little pricey but the food, service and vino very good. We will come back 😁👍

Love staying at this venue. Beautiful building & grounds . Enjoyed using the Spa. Rooms are spacious & clean . Staff were all very helpful & polite.

Lovely old building well maintained. Despite its age modern inside, good air conditioning and modern en-suite, restaurant service excellent food reasonably good but I think overpriced. No complaints about this hotel.

Overall a very good stay! Will revisit soon!

Probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Amazing historic building with beautiful grounds adjacent to a lake and a farm. So peaceful and quiet. So much history there too.

The service and attention to detail by all the staff was praiseworthy; friendly but not over familiar. The spa was great and the massage very professional and we both felt very relaxed after. The quality of the meal was of a very high standard with attention to detail on the presentation of the food

An amazing beautiful hotel with everything you needed and very close drive into the town. Spa was lovely and staff were very helpful. Rooms were stunning!

My second visit to Rushton Hall in as many weeks. A very relaxing 24 hours, beautiful setting, excellent food and the staff made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble.

Tried to call reception before arrival no answer sent reply by text no reply Left voicemail no response However stayed multiple times before has good clean rooms and very good facilities.Its just communication and customer loyality could be better.

Just arrived home after a fabulous stay! What a truly glorious place to relax and unwind. The spa was lovely, the food was excellent, and every member of staff made our visit so special. A special thank you to David, Rob (Night Manager), Danny, and Andrew’s, who all went above and beyond to make my friend and me feel so welcome throughout our stay. Your kindness and hospitality really made all the difference. We’re especially grateful for letting us stay up until 4:45am to watch the England vs. Mexico match ,it was such a thoughtful gesture and something we really appreciated. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to return!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel before, so decided to take my husband for a Birthday treat. Staff are always very welcoming and can’t do enough for you. It’s at a beautiful location and the hotel is stunning, food is excellent. But unfortunately, this time I had a shocking encounter, of a man letting himself into my room, luckily I was dressed and had my husband with me. The poor man looked just as shocked as we were, apologised and said that he must have the wrong room and left. I finished my phone call and then went downstairs to report it to reception, they did say they didn’t understand how it happened, but nothing else happened and I went back to reception to see if they got anymore answers for me, they just didn’t seem that bothered about it, which I find abit disturbing. I didn’t sleep well last night as I kept thinking about what could have happened ! But other than this safety issue, it is a wonderful place to stay.

What a lovely find , spend only one night but I was very impressed , the bar garden is delightful , my room was very comfortable with lots of room . Dinner and wine were on the expensive side , but worth it for a treat . Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area !

Very expensive restaurant with limited choice. No welcome from staff we hen passing reception. Expensive breakfast with limited choice both our choices were not available. Buffet but no attempt to clear table Staff standing around and you even have to serve yourself Not a friendly place.

We stayed at Rushton Hall for our 5th wedding anniversary, it was our second time staying here, and its still as beautiful as the first time we stayed. Grounds, staff, room, food and the spa were great. Macy made our evening meal feel all the more enjoyable for acknowledging it was our anniversary - Thank you Breakfast is exceptional.
