We stayed at the beginning and end of a 10 day trip to Andalusia. The hotel entrance is very grand and spotlessly clean. Rooms were very roomy and well equipped. Fresh towels morning and night and bed turned down, curtains closed and complimentary water and chocolate in the evening. The breakfast was good but not the best over our 10 day stay in other areas. The cooked breakfast was cold and not very varied. Plenty of choice with the continental breakfast. We liked to sit outside in the patio areas for breakfast, which we got a table each morning but many diners were left disappointed as area was too small for the size of the hotel. The hotel is well located for walking to old town and sights. It is across a busy road to the private beach area which we did not use but looked good. The worst feature of the hotel is the cramped pool area. The sun loungers were really needing renewed as not the cleanest and some covers were damaged. Not 5 star for comfort. It was 5 star drink prices !! The pool lifeguard was excellent and always on hand for towels and operating umbrellas. On the whole we enjoyed our stay but not sure I would stay here again.

Great location with direct access to the beach. Staff are amazing everywhere. So helpful, polite and the building is beautiful. Food throughout was impeccable.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Loved our stay. Very clean. Glamorous. Only thing I'd change is that the pool doesn't open until 10am and closes at 7pm.

Lovely hotel, very good staff and no messing about with pool lounger availability. Only downside was the lack of vegan/vegetarian options at the rooftop lounge and snack bar by the pool.

We loved the hotel but the beds and pillows were not as comfortable as we would have liked. It was very safe and convenient to restaurants and sights.

Exceptional hotel. Truly 5 Star. World class customer service, all staff are outstanding! Great welcome from beginning to end. You are made to feel valued throughout. Spotlessly clean. Great facilities and location on the beach and a short stroll to Malaga centre. Spa facilities a real treat. The Breakfast is definitely worth the upgrade. Can’t recommend enough! We will be returning soon!
