My parents loved staying at Imagine Marco, we got the level 37 and had a stunning view of the south side of Melbourne, the cleanliness is maintained, and the staff were friendly, for a great value!

In general the hotel is very pleasant. Very clean and complete with all the equipment in it. Washing machines, stoves, cooking utensils, irons, microwaves all function well. The location is indeed not in the middle of the CBD so you have to access the CBD by walking about 10-15 minutes, to get a free TRAM. If you want to take a paid TRAM, you can also walk to the station for about 5 minutes.

Location is good! Hotel is very nice and staffs are friendly however we are not given with the same type of room as booked. We have confirmation for twin bed however is given with queen size bed.
