Overall beautiful hotel, good friendly service. Great breakfast, although sometimes felt a bit crowded. Not in the tourist area of Vienna, but very close to public transportation. Not a walkable distance to the center. Supermarket Billa just in front of the entrance. A few additional supermarkets around, as well as basic dining options - McDonald's, pizza. Big nice room, good enough for family of 4. Value for money as fare and good. For the cons - location is not central. The water pressure in the shower was weak, not a pleasant experience after a long day of winter sightseeing.The beds were not comfortable - matrasses are way too soft, had trouble having a good sleep. Both elevators were broke - one for the whole period of our stay, the second and last broke a day before our check out. Had to climb 5 floors several times a day and handle the suitcases on our way out - seriously unacceptable. Overall, nice, safe and beautiful hotel.

The location is good, clean spacious room for myself and my family, buffet breakfast was nice, the only drawback was that we had to pay for the parking 25€ per day which wasn't clear when we made booking.

Good location and friendly staff, but the bathroom had no ventilation and a constant odor. It would help if the hotel added an exhaust fan or better air circulation.

The Hotel Bellevue was in a great location. Trams stopped frequently in the street just outside the hotel's front doors. Also a train station was quite nearby. Getting anywhere in the city was so convenient. Regarding the hotel itself, it was great! The room was spacious and well maintained. The folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included with our room. There were many options available in the breakfast buffet and everything served fresh. It was a delight to just wander down to the breakfast room and start each day!

Amazing location! The light rail stop that takes you everywhere is literally infront of the hotel. The breakfast is un-believable! Amazing selection. Highly recommend

Really love to stay at this hotel when we come to Vienna. The only very slight negative is the website suggests a bar and restaurant, however the bar is open during the week only and the restaurant is breakfast only. The hotel itself is very nice and staff very friendly. Will stay again

I had an a/c that emitted a noise at regular intervals. Lousy night, no compensation.

The hotel was clean and welcoming as well as beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious and clean, though in need of some minor cosmetic repairs. Parking was tight and in high demand.
