Hotel is okay for a short 1 or 2 night stay, wouldn't book for longer due to the poor ventilation and outdated decor. For the price I paid, was expecting more coming from London. The gym was being refurbished when I visited, buffet isn't a open buffet. Only allowed to order 1 hot meal, only the basic version which is cold cuts as open buffet. Staff members didn't inform what level my floor was or explain what the booking detailed. There are other options around Killnary.

Room 239 was miserably hot. Seriously so hot that we got ill. The window upended up to small alley where the employees of the tavern kept throwing trash and glass bottles all night. We could hear people throwing up. Not a great experoemce.

The hotel is good value and in an excellent location in the centre of town. Killarney is a vibrant town with lots of bars and restaurants, the town feels upbeat. While not amazing the room and breakfast was perfectly good. For me as a solo motorcycle the part covered car park was perfectly for weather and security. There is limited parking spaces and when I arrived the car park was full but they were very happy to allow a motorcycle to just squeeze in and could accommodate several bikes this way. Staff at reception and in the restaurant were super friendly. I’d stay here again.

Centrally located; walking distance from the train, bus, activities. So, good location. Staff was very helpful in holding out luggage when we arrived early and offered great suggestions for places to eat. The room is your basic hotel room. The only snag we ran into was that we were planning on doing our laundry here (website states laundry services) but when we got there they said they didn’t have laundry services. Closest place was about a 20 minute walk and we didn’t really want to haul our laundry that far. Would probably stay here again, though!

We stayed one night. Huge room. Spotlessly clean. ALL the staff from front desk to bar/restaurant staff were lovely and helpful and professional. Very central in town. Will definitely be back for longer next time.

This hotel was centrally located staff were fabulous and rooms were very comfortable

We only stayed for one night and checked in quite late, but luckily, there was a friendly person there who helped us check in. We really appreciated being able to store our luggage while we explored Killarney.

Room was clean. On site parking was available ( although limited). Directions to the car park could be clearer ie which road to approach it on. Staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast could be booked on the day.

Smoked salmon brekkie. Live music and helpful bar staff.

Very limited parking on site even though there was a pubic lot a block away. Sucked carrying luggage in the rain. Kind of loud from the street noise. Good proximity to all Shopping, eating amenities

Perfect place if you're looking for a qaint place in the middle of it--not a luxorious hotel by any stretch, but was clean and close.

the room had the most disgusting smell i had to wear my eye mask around my nose with perfume on it bathroom was minimal there is no security anyone could walk in it's older than old and there's an elevator but one your off it you still have to lift ur bags in many places to get to your room and nowhere to park your car couldn't wait to get out of there

The hotel has a really great location. It needs a little udpating but overall a good place to stay

The room was large and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Smart TV. In room safe. Strong wifi. Decent shower. The room was a little dated which meant nothing to us, the space and cleanliness more than made up for the decor. Hotel is really well located, right in the middle of all the action. We had room 207 and there was no noise at night time. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. They offer a continental and full breakfast, we had the full breakfast one morning and it was not the greatest. However, we did eat in the Danny Mann restaurant and the food was excellent. The bar staff were friendly as were the servers. This was our favourite hotel we stayed at in Ireland. Would definitely recommend.
