It was the one of the worst services that i got...the person who was attending the front desk.it was absolutely rude and even kind of laziness to attend ...plus the elevator it was out of service and they want us to offer a 3rd floor room with 4 big luggage .. i will never recommend this hotel .. and obviously i will never come.back to this place ....Hopefully the owners put attention on this because is in a good area

No sirve elevador. En habitacion no hay toallas. Mi habitaciom esta en tercero pisos. Fui a bajar otra vez por las toallas. No sirve elevador...

Not comfy beds. Overwashed laundry. Used furniture. They are working to keep it clean.

I like everything the room was very clean the area safe and walkable I will be back in this hotel.

I recoment this hotel have a good location is near to the bus station ,downton,museum the palacio de hierro and teleferico.

No nos permitieron hace uso del estacionamiento, la habitacion estaba sin mantenimiento, con humedad, la ropa de cama y las toallas estaban limpias pero manchadas por el tiempo y rotas (toallas), el personal no ofrecio soluciones ni se mostraron abiertos a sugerencias. en general muy mala opcion

No servía la tele, no había luz en los enchufes y nadie daba soluciones. Se buscó apoyo con la personas del hotel y no l dan soluciones, el gerente nunca contesta.

Hotel para descansar, no me gustó que no pude guardar el carro en el estacionamiento

Muy bien ubicado, solo que no sirve el elevador, la habitación muy pero muy pequeña, los dosificadores de shanpoo y jabón nunca funcionaron.

Tuve una PÉSIMA experiencia. El Hotel es viejo y está en remodelación, me cambiaron 2 veces de habitación porque no servian los televisores, la primer habitación era muy pequeña, sin aire acondicionado y había fauna nociva (cucaracha) en la última habitación que nos quedamos NO había ningún contacto en la habitación, solo 1 en el baño. El mueble donde se pone ropa se cayó, estaba mal puesto sobre la tabla roca, la cabecera de la cama tambien se cayó el plafon del baño de estaba cayendo por pedazos, no te dan jabón de manos. El jabón y shampoo estan en la ducha y es casi imposible sacar producto, ya que estan empotrados en la pared. MUY CARO PARA LO QUE ES. PAGAMOS $850 POR HABITACIÓN SENCILLA CON 1 CANA QUEEN. NO LO RECOMIENDO
