Hotel Real Plaza Aguascalientes is a spacious and well-maintained hotel offering comfortable accommodations. The building is impressive, with multiple floors, making it easy to find a suitable room. The rooms are clean and tidy, providing a pleasant and relaxing environment for guests. The .hotel's convenient location ensures easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. While I didn't have the opportunity to explore all the hotel's amenities, the overall impression is one of cleanliness, comfort, and convenience.

The rooms are very large and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are slightly outdated but the showers are excellent, the staff is very good, and the location is close to centro.

The beauty of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room are what saved this review. My husband is Mexican and even he was surprised that the beds are concrete platforms with a mattress on top. I have mild scoliosis and my back loved it, but neither he nor my children did. The room was always hot, even though we got an extra key in order to be able to keep the air conditioning running when stepping out briefly. Our room faced the street and the noise of motorcycles racing at night kept us awake. We were sure we had the windows open (yes they open in this hotel) but we did not. It was just THAT loud and we were on the 5th floor. It is an older property but the staff was fantastic and we enjoyed our breakfast here. We just got no sleep at all and for that reason we would not return.

Good and clean hotel. Has pool with a renovated look and a bar just aside. The rest of the venue is a little old but comfortable. Air conditioned rooms with acceptable TV system. The pillows are too soft but the bed is comfortable. Security for important stuff in safe box inside the room. Two blocks away from Aguascalientes Center at walking distance to Juárez Walking Street. Great for business people , English talking staff too. The cuisine is acceptable but not great a quite slow when asking for menu stuff. Buffet breakfast a bit expensive for the amount of different dishes.

Hotel Is well located and has potential but reception staff not helpful. Gave us shadow side rooms (most sides have outviews except one) for many days and made it difficult to change. Breakfast is very good but no children price despite adv. Many choices and good coffee. Concierge very attentive.
