The room was small, but bathroom clean and the bed was very comfortable, nice clean sheet, overall very quiet and pleasant place to stay. The breakfast was good, but there was no veg served like tomatoes, cucumbers or any salad.

Lovely hotel, very chilled and quiet. Breakfast choices very good and tasty. Staff helpful and polite. Location good for everything whilst not being in the busier parts. Aircon was very much appreciated during the hot period! Lovely areas to sit downstairs and outside.

Breakfast ample and fresh. A/C did not work to any measurable degree.

As a regular visiter to this hotel I can not recommend enough. Emma on reception was as usual helpful & very professional and a credit to the hotel. Well done keep up the good work I will be back!! 😎

For a discount hotel it was very good. Great breakfast, nice common areas, beautiful courtyard, and good location.

Large enough room spotless clean, but very basic. No tissues in the bathroom, can't get a second key for the room - a little bizzard 🤔 Otherwise, we slept well and found the location is very central and the price was pretty low - good value.

Staff friendly recommendations for restaurant to use with a dog was great

This place was very serviceable and a typical Campanille, if you’re familiar with the brand. Only really let down a bit by the breakfast. When I arrived at 8:45am, there were no cups, spoons, knives or forks. Also, there was no sign of any staff. They all showed up about 15mins later but it was a bit frustrating initially. Also, one of the staff had a very runny nose and sniffed their way through replacing the cutlery and crockery which was a bit off putting. We all get colds and sometimes have to work through them but please, just blow your nose (and wash your hands!) before dealing with guests, especially when there’s food involved.

Good quality accomodation at a competitive price. Rooms were good, staff helpful and secure parking where we could charge our car. Only negative was the surrounding area.

Friendly staff, very clean, a great hotel in a perfect location close to all the restaurants. The hotel didn’t serve any freshly cooked meals they only did microwave meals on an evening, but still a great hotel and I would stay again.

La Ruche is a lovely friendly small hotel. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable the shower room clean and modern and the owners a delight. I hope to return.

Excellent facilities for one night stay

Everything went smoofhly for my 2-night stay. The staff was super helpful, and they either put up with my rusty French or switched to English. The convenience of the short distance to the train station was key for me, and being next to a park gave a nice respite. Room was clean and spacious. No fridge though, although for the price, no problem.
