Staff was not very helpful and the food and beverage manager was just absolutely rude. Customer is king does not apply here. Would never go back to this property.

Great modern hotel. Some of the staff members went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent! Made us a breakfast to go for our early morning departure. Our only real complaint was that a neighbouring hotel had an extremely noisy, late night, night club.

Well run resort. A bit pricey, but worth the money. The breakfast bar is great. The room and views were also great.

Check in staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very modern, comfortable and clean. The beach “sand” was rocky and should be replaced with soft sand.

This was a beautiful hotel! Completely high end. Espresso Machine and hot pot in the room. On demand hot water in the faucets and shower. Gorgeous decor. Fully smart facility. We went off season and it was very quiet and peaceful. Very zen. The buffet was closed but we were served a made to order breakfast. Highly recommend a trip here. Another excellent advantage was watching the sun rise on the Black Sea.

Very clean and modern, very comfortable. The rooms with direct sea view have a really beautiful view. . There are supermarkets and a farmacy literally few steps away, so location is also very good. The breakfast is phenomenal, so much choice for good food. Nothing negative to say.

The resort is superbly done and the staff has an old school Romanian hospitality that you typically experience mostly when staying with family or close friends in the country which made it that much more pleasant as opposed to other places I experienced in the country where the servers/staff members have an attitude for no reason. If you are in the area, I highly recommend staying here and I would definitely return here if I’m into area again in the future.

I am so happy I found this hotel at the seaside, I will definetely be returning here. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable, I was spoiled with the seaside view, enjoyed the swimming pool, the beach and the breakfast.

The location of this property is great. The restaurant food is just ok. The service was great. The room was amazing!

It was awesome! We had one small miss understanding with breakfast when we checked in, but it was professionally addressed! It really was a great experience! I highly recommend this hotel. Great stay, very clean, good breakfast! Way to go...!
