Clean & beautifully decorated room.

Everything was first class ,beautiful hotel outstanding room and very clean

the room and bathroom were spotless and very comfortable and the check in and check out worked well The only thing that would have improved it would be a basic breakfast left out

Lovely place in the heart of Cheltenham.

Very easy check-in process. Room was spacious and comfortable. There are coffee bags / tea / packaged croissants and cereal bars available for breakfast. Very reasonable for the price and would stay again.
