es primera vez que me ospedo en este hotel y definitivamente me bollería a ospedar todo muy limpio y el personal muy amables

A los cuartos les falta limpieza, a veces los pisos no están muy limpios, algunas ventanas no tienen las persianas, ni hay suficiente papel de baño, y no todos los cuartos tienen smarth tv., el estacionamiento es pequeño cuando tienen muchas habitaciones con huespedes!.

Lo unico q no nos gustó fue el parking

The a/c in the room was freaking loud, every time the compressor would come on it would wake me up, mold in the bathroom near the sink.

This hotel is in desperate need of a good remodel and some attention. Location is great and staff is always willing to help out.

Very basic hotel but an excellent choice for the price. Close to a shopping center with good restaurants and fast food places.

They do not clean your room & get you fresh towels during your stay. They do not throw your trashes out during your stay. If you need clean towels & toilet paper, you have to get your dirty towels & go down to the front desk to request anything. They do not take it to your room. It has a little kitchen, with an electric stove, appliances but you have to bring your own pots, dish soap, everything. That was not explained to me when I got to the hotel & I doesn’t say on the fine print. I will never come here again & I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

La cercanía a zona de comidas era buena ubicación , pero el estacionamiento está muy reducido , el olor en el cuarto era como si no unieran limpiado en días como encerrado y el olor de las sábanas igual Y no sé si hay bichos o algo así pero Toda la noche tuve rasques , no fue una estancia muy agradable.

It was a nice place quiet clean, always parking the air-conditioning was great. It was close to a lot of shopping centers, which I loved 100% recommended.

You get what you pay for.. Bed Linen and Pillows need to be replaced.. Found Viagra Pill in the Closet..

Not clean the room

Room was not clean. Counter was sticky, extra blanket was dirty with stains and hair. Noise from a very busy street.

Check in was not bad, we reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights Second day we were told the pool was not in use due to chemicals being added. I asked front desk if there was a time frame of when we would be able to use, since we booked this hotel with the intention of using the pool, and the lady had no idea. She seemed bothered by my questions and did not seem to care or try to offer a solution/ option I later went back to front desk to ask if I could cancel my second night stay since the pool was unavailable and the lady said we have to figure it out with whoever we booked with. I ended up repacking up and getting a reservation at Hotel Colonial last minute. Now Extended Suites has refused to reimburse, reach out, or offer any assistance. They had bad customer service and attitude onsite so this doesn't surprise me. I understand things happen, but them running chemical or maintenance on not only a weekend, but a holiday weekend, just seems like it’s something that should’ve been communicated. I am not happy with this outcome. I will not be staying at or recommending this place to anyone.

Staff was rude. Management decided to maintain the pool on a long weekend and made it unavailable. We booked to stay there for the pool. Kids were very disappointed
