Everything was perfect,

Great location, well equipped and comfy. The room was clean, bed comfy and the little kitchen was well equipped. It was a lovely touch to have milk and water already in the fridge as well as lots of drink choices and some biscuits. The view was the only downside as it looked out onto an alley with bins. The room also had an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and fan if you needed them.

We stayed in the 1706 apartment and wow what a place I am a regular guest at this hotel it’s always my go to place when in preston wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else always very high standard in all areas thank you again!

Room was absolutely gorgeous loved it loved our stay 5 stars

The room was immaculate and the amenities were great however as I was on the bottom floor, I could hear residents in the room above me talking and moving around which was an inconvenience as it disturbed my sleep. Due to the disturbance I didn’t have a good sleep

The best place to stay in preston! We absolutely loved it we stayed in the fairytale room and was greeted with a lovely note with some chocolates and treats to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. Everything is to such a high standard very modern very clean and extremely comfortable we will most definitely be booking to stay here again! Couldn’t fault anything

all was excellent apart from Wifi so email still not sent and cannot be retrieved. Room upgrade was fantastic. loved having a bath even though it was late as train issues meant 2 hours later arriving - well stressed, so thank you

I only had a short stay as had to leave early, but what an exceptional property, well maintained, very clean, lots of amenities & felt secure. The only criticsim is if there are any guests who have accessibility issues, the description of each apartment should mention what floor it is & how many sets of stairs, maybe even provide a floor plan on their booking page, to help guests.

Nice little serviced apartment. Turndown service was a nice touch. I like the self check in as well. Room was comfortable, although the bed linen was a bit cheap feeling and the quilt was a little stained. I had a good stay, bed was comfy, I liked the pot of sweets provided. Fridge was a good size. The WiFi was very poor, so bear that in mind if internet is an essential. The phone signal isn’t good enough to make up for it. I called the helpline but they couldn’t really help, although I did get the password for the staff WiFi which was marginally more reliable. I was told the issue was too many people in the building using the WiFi but in a hotel I would think that’s expected.

007 wouldn’t have slept on Zip&Link beds - but otherwise a very grand space for a business stopover.

Everything was great about the space except for one thing - it was so hot in the room. I ran fans full time and it was tolerable, but I can't imagine being there in the summer.

Great stay, got a free upgrade from the orchid room to 1760 which was a lovely two bedroom suite, great decor and superb little touches. The place to stay in Preston.
