Although the hotel provided a satisfactory experience overall, the room was merely okay. While it met basic needs, it lacked the charm or comfort expected from a higher-end establishment. The amenities were functional but not exceptional, and the decor felt outdated. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient for exploring the area.

Excellent variety of Turkish breakfast, good large room size, and friendly staff. Please note that the parking is behind hotel. The only down side is that they barely speak English, so you will need to have your translator app downloaded on your phone.

Worst experience of a life time. After travelling for more than 20 hours, I arrived at the hotel with confirmed reservation but the reception told me they have no reservation for me and the hotel is fully occupied. I should them the reservation but they just shrugged their shoulders and said sorry. I had to sleep the night in a 2 star hotel near Hanzade. Very shamefull and careless attitude. Actually no stars are due for them but I had to give one star to write the review.

Horrible. Zero stars! We arrive late evening with kids and after having a confirmed reservation they told us they gave our rooms away. We struggled till midnight to fins a suitable room. Very very bad attitude from staff..spoilt our trip to trabzon. Never go there!
