Food was amazing,

The staff was friendly and helpful! The hotel was beautiful and had a lot of charm. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the record played sounded great! 10/10 experience.

Check in was friendly and professional, the room was beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. Rooftop bar is a wonderful addition.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. It was our first visit to Toronto and we stayed two night. We had a balcony room. It was very clean, quiet, charming, and stylish. Our room had a record player which was a very nice touch. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly polite and helpful. The rooftop restaurant was a fantastic place to grab brunch. On our next visit, we will absolutely book here again.

A beautiful and historic hotel. Well kept and beautifully decorated interiors. The staff was wonderfully helpful and the whole stay felt elevated and high class. It's well worth a stay

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the vinyl record collection and the turntable in the room. Attended the hotel for a wedding. All related services were excellent.

Restaurant closed down for reno’s and then upstairs restaurant closed for private event. Not well thought out. They need to have a valet to help with bags as it’s not a great spot to stop and unload luggage.

Excellent experience all around with this hotel. Staff were friendly and rooftop restaurant was an amazing dining spot. Definitely recommend it.

Overall we loved the hotel, the amenities and the staff were great. Renovations to the ground floor restaurant were being done during our stay. The lobby was overwhelmed with the smell of the stain used on the hardwoods. Despite the smell I would book again.

Lovely clean room

Such an incredible hotel! The staff honestly stood out - their kindness and willingness to help guests is impressive. The rooms are gorgeous, the attention to details is there and the rooftop restaurant was delicious… you can’t beat that view.

Great place , rooftop restaurant really surprising

Stayed for one night, staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, the room was nice and everything was clean. Would recommend having white noise of some sort just because we were in a room facing a noisy street
