Fairly new establishment in a quiet neighborhood, by the water, and extremely close to tram/train station. Quite easy to navigate the city on feet. Rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished. Would stay here again the next visit in Hamburg.

Everything was exelent

Spacious and clean room, cot was provided. Very friendly staff! Great play areas for kids. Sadly the restaurant, Das Kulinarium, was closed and their own buffet could be improved on. Overall we had a really nice stay!

Staff friendly, room Nice (though with quite a few scuff marks on the walls), and breakfast was good.

I've stayed here several times and like its modernity, comfort, waterside location and easy access to Havencity and the city centre. My visit on this occasion, however, was marred by construction work being undertaken outside my room which from around 7.45am was quite noisy.

Very clean and modern hotel with excellent breakfast offering and convenient for public transport.

Even though this hotel is a bit outside of the downtown area it is fairly quiet from outside noise. It's about a 7-minute walk from an EDEKA and an ALDI and it's right off one of the subway stations (S4, I believe). The staff was also friendly and the rooms were clean. Since this place is a bit more isolated, no restaurants are nearby. Also, we were in Hamburg during the weekend, so it was a bit noisy in our room with people (and kids) stomping around on the floor above us. I think on any other weekday the hotel would've been quieter, but that would be the only thing I'd complain about. Still a solid choice for a hotel

Convenient location! Friendly and professional staff. Close to transit and nearby a park.

Phone in room didn’t work so had to go to reception to order room service (room service menu was placed in my room). I was told at reception that room service wasn’t available and I’d have to go to the buffet area instead. No restaurants around the hotel so no choice but to use the buffet.

Buffet style dining food all meals was not good for me, would lime other options for dinner

Functional and big room. Great Breakfast Bufet. Lobby Area is big but not very inviting to sit and relax.

Lovely hotel in quiet area down at the waterfront. Easy to get to on the Underground, the stop ( universitat) is right at the hotel entrance. Rooms are very spacious and exceptionally clean and quiet. Toilet and shower room are separate which can be useful. Bar / restaurant area very relaxing and staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served on the first floor and there is everything you could need and served till 11am. Loads of choice for kids as well. Very family friendly hotel with areas for kids, plates cups and cutlery at mealtimes too. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
