1300 yen per hour for early check in for disabled person seems unreasonable after person traveled all day to be at stay. Hotel was clean, buffet breakfast was great with view of Himeji Castle.

Conveniently located near Himeji JR station, with a lot of dining and entertainment options. Rooms are large enough to sleep 2 people. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast, with a lot of varieties for Western and traditional Japanese food.

I would recommend. Next door to the bus station . Very walkable to the castle. Room was very nice with a nice public bath. Breakfast was great. Very nice selection including local specialties and it has a special ice cream maker .

Very helpful staff. Next to the station. Can buy day bicycle rental Hime-charu at the counter. Really great range of breakfast items and delicious.

The hotel was conveniently right next to the train station and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our hotel staff was pleasant and happy to help answer any questions. Out room was ready early and had a nice view. It was clean and one of the more spacious places we stayed at while in Japan

Parking was a little confusing to find but once you ask the staff to show how to get to it it’s fine.

Perfect spot close to train station and easy walk to Himeji castle and food markets

Excellent location

I was deliberately early as I wanted to see the castle on my arrival day. The staff happily stored my luggage until I returned and was able to check in. A nice touch would have been for my luggage to have forwarded to my room as they knew I had arrived.
