Book a luxury room with sofa bed for family. On arriving the AC doesn't working and in the room was 30°, imagine that with two small children after 5 hours travelling. Fast reaction from the reception to resolving the problem, they change our room with better, but the TV doesn't working almost on every channel. In fact the staff was very hopefully and the breakfast was great, the poll too. And last the SPA was amazing with Ice cave

This hotel is a gem located just outside Plovdiv’s Old Town and all of the amazing sights the city has to offer. Getting to and from the hotel/Plovdiv is convenient and I actually found it to be very relaxing to be at this locations vs inside the city itself. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished. The staff is courteous and friendly. We will be back next year. I’m already looking forward to my next stay here!

Everything was excellent to include the breakfast. Room was very spacious! Clerk staff spoke great English and helped with restaurant reservations.

When we arrived at the hotel we were allocated a 4th floor room. We decided to take the lift as we had luggage and we were tired. Once the lift started to move upward it made terrible noise and I started to fear the worst as lift came to a halt half way. We panicked and started pressing the panic button.it took them about 10 minutes to get us out. But to my horror they did not close the lift and other guests were still using it!!!!!!

Good value. New and clean hotel. Good breakfast. Free parking. Not near anywhere so need drive out for dinner.

We needed a room for 1 night on our way to the mountains. It was clean, spacious room. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low but except than that our stay was great.
