El personal muy amable, excelente comunicación, desde que reservé me mandaron información y pude hacer check in temprano sin problema y sin cargos extra. En la misma plaza hay restaurantes muy buenos y muchos lugares buenos de comida a 10 minutos o menos caminando. Lo recomiendo 100%.

The receptionist is always very helpful and the hotel is always in great shape! Housekeeping comes by every morning and leaves room looking new every morning! I travel to Culiacan multiple times a year and always stay here!

The only problem is the noise. Other than that, is a great budget hotel.

The place is close to the City Hall and has lots of places to eat and buy nearby.

Would definitely stay again

The floors hadn't been mopped in a long time. Our feet were black just walking from the bed to the toilet at night without shoes.There was mold in the shower, so gross. You can hear everything in the rooms, out in the halls. No privacy. I would never return to this hotel. People in the front were nice.

Upon checking-in, front desk staff informed that they cannot honor reservation that I booked with Expedia. It was late at night and I had to drive around looking for another hotel.
