Hotel was beautiful, very close to all the activities and restaurants. Only negative is sometimes parking is full and no microwave in the room.

Clean and modern hotel, friendly staff, nice amenities, and great location to everything.

It was a good and comfortable stay. Only concern is a guest will get only one bottle of water for one whole day. It’s needed to get hydrated properly, especially during this summer season. Just a suggestion to bring water refill system inside of one bottle system. Other than that whole place and the staff and their service was amazing.

Perfect for families and wonderful view of the falls . Soundproof windows and shades made sleeping enjoyable . Excellent location to Clifton Park .

This hotel is nice and very clean. Close to everything, no need to drive anywhere, you can walk to everything on Clifton hill. I would recommend this hotel for families to stay at. It’s a good deal and like I said very clean and well maintained.

I stayed for one night with my sister and two kiddos under 3 years old. The lobby area was clean and modern in style. check in process was quick and drama-free. The double queen room was much larger than standard and the bathroom was also sizeable. The pool area was well stocked with towels and there were some deck chairs available. Pool temperature was quite manageable. The hot tub was closed for maintenance and we didn’t try the gym. Very close to many attractions. We noticed there was often a long wait for the elevators. Also parking for us was offsite since onsite parking was full. On the positive side, it was a 3-5 minute walk, and in-out privileges for $20/day. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was clean. Rooms were spacious and very nice. Only draw back was not having complimentary breakfast, but they did offer it with a charge.

I had requested a room on the top floors but ended up getting a room on 2nd floor with no view at all. Inspite of requesting it, it was not honored. If you don't get a room above 5th floor then don't take this hotel.

The place is beautiful and a great place to stay but we had to honest complaints. I have a really sore foot and have problems walking right now and the parking was not at the actual hotel you had to park a block and a half away and walk and the room was great and the view was amazing but myself and the kids ALL say the bed was not comfortable at all.
