It was an amazing time me and my family spending for the first time since childhood I came one with my parents but seeing this again now as an adult wow im just so in awe of the beautiful Country. It was my great niece birthday she just turned 19yrs she really enjoyed this trip as much as we all did. The Victoria is now my favorite already even though it was my first stay everyone was so complimentary the service was and is a 5star and plus the bonus was right in the heart of everything wow💯💥🇨🇦🇺🇸💖 I will be back again .Thanks to the Victoria Hotel 🏨...

Between a 3-4 out of 5. Staff were all polite, some were less helpful than others though. It was clean. Two elevators for 10 floors meant waiting a lot and the hallways were noisy even late at night due to other guests. The size of the room was good and so was the shower and bed.

The staff were so welcoming and chill. It makes all the difference. It’s not fancy but has what you need.

We had a fabulous stay here! Hotel was lovely and clean the staff could not have been kinder. We had a huge room on the 10th floor which more than adequately accommodated 5 adults comfortably. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend and definitely stay again! Thank you!

Great stay

Location is perfect for attractions room was very basic and very expensive. Breakfast was terrible save your money and go else where to eat. All staff were very pleasant and helpful

I didn't like that the cheaper parking lot was around the corner and down the street. I didn't like that the TV only had a handful of channels to watch. The cost of the parking lot on site was high to me. The toilet seat was loose and there were hair pins on the floor. There also should be a non slip shower floor. I almost slipped and so did my Fiancé.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the towels were good quality, and the view was absolutely amazing. Everything felt clean, welcoming, and well cared for. The breakfast was good and offered a nice variety of options to start the day. The only suggestion for improvement would be to provide complimentary regular drinking water rather than only offering bottled water for purchase. Also, parking was quite expensive. However, it appears that most hotels in the area charge daily parking fees, although it still feels a bit excessive for hotel guests. Overall, these were minor concerns compared to the quality of our stay. The excellent room, cleanliness, comfort, and spectacular views made for a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again.

It was clean, in a good location for price comparison. There was a whistling sound coming from the window, but it was a stormy night. The front desk staff was really helpful with directions to the offsite parking and with answering all my questions. The cleaning staff did a very good job with keeping our room tidy.

I love staying here this my fourth or fifth time now. I love the property, the view of the Falls and the fireworks is perfect and it’s super helpful to be in walking distance of everything. This is the first time I’ve been when it’s been busy and the team were super helpful and quick and even let me check in a little early.

We’ve stayed at this hotel three times now, and each visit has been great. The hotel is always very clean and well-maintained. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to everything we need. The staff has consistently been friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which makes our stays even more enjoyable. We keep coming back because we know we can count on a comfortable and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Everything was great. I always have issues with the beds in hotels but I Vittoria was totally different and had a great experience there. Thanks to the management and staff of the hotel.

FROND DESK REFUCE TO ACCOMADE FOR TEA REQUEST INSTEAD SAID WHAT EVER IN THE PACKET THATS IT. BREAKFAST WAS DIFFERENT THOSE WHO PAID AND THOSE WHO ARE HOTEL GUEST: WE HAD COMPLIMENTRY TEA COFFEE SO WE CAN ONLY CHOOSE JUICE, TEA OR COFFEE. JUICE GLASS WAS VERY SMALL LIKE A CUP. ALSO WHEN WE REQUEST EGGS WE WERE TOLD THAT FOR HOTEL VOUCHER ONLY WHAT IS THERE IN BUFFET AND BUFFET WAS ALL PROCESSED FOOD JUST HEATED EXCEPT BOILED EGGS. ALSO MAGAER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE MEANING DIFFERENT SERVICE TO THOSE WHO COME FROM OUTSIDE AND HAVE BREAKFAST WITH PAYMENT ARE FINE BUT HOTEL GUEST AS IF THEY ARE GIVING FAVOR BY OFFEREING COMPLIMNETRY TEA COFFEE AND JUICE.
