Vittoria is our favorite hotel in niagara,since 2017,for sure will go there,most specifically christmas

It was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, polite staff, and very convenient to get around Niagara. Will definitely go back.

Nice rooms, friendly staff and great location.

The front desk staffs were friendly and accommodating especially William Hermoza. He is very helpful and did fantastic job duting check in. The housekeeping stsffs did awesome job witn cleanliness and organization of the facility and room. Highly recommended. Very convenient to all amenities and activities. Would book their again.

Great hotel near Clifton Hill. Short walk to everything. Great pool/hot tub for kids. Only downside is the restaurant onsite for breakfast. They are pretty limited and only have bottle water for a charge.

Clean and good customer service

Spacious and clean room and bathroom. The staff at the front desk were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was not unfortunately. The quality of the food was not the greatest but what made the experience so terrible was the rude staff. We dealt with 3 staff members just one of them was ok. The others plain rude … the minute I entered I was aggressively reminded by one woman that gratuity was not included but she didn’t come by once to fill my coffee or collect plates. That was just the start of the experience. I mentioned my experience to the front desk and they made it right … which was great. I would stay again but not take the breakfast

Property is well kept and the location is centrally located. The one negative was the parking . They charge $25 CAD for an open parking lot. The car next me was broken into. The hotel post notice signs regarding security issues with the lot. I think if you’re charging for parking, you should be accountable for security.

Very good

This property is in a great location. It is within walking distance to many food choices, grocery store, and public transportation. The place is very clean, plenty of plates, silverware, cooking utensils and cookware. House keeping came daily to clean the apartment and washed dishes. The appliances are clean and new. There were no instructions on how to operate the stove top or washer/dryer, but could easily be found with a Google search. We are a family of 6 and we fit in comfortably. The two showers were sufficient for us and the hot water replenished quickly. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Everything was great, i just did a 4 star because our room had some gold fish crackers on the floor not from us because we don’t eat those, towels were really small. froze getting out of the shower, and my pillows were to fluffy for my head, I would have had a sore neck if i used those. so i used a blanket instead as a pillow for the night. no big deal im just picky with pillows, forgot my own. everything else was great! will be back again of course. this is my favourite hotel down here and i’ve stayed at quite a few. this was our second time back now and won’t be the last
