The owner was very helpful.all the information provided were clear and understandable.you dont need to keep asking again and again.but the only think i dont like is the parking,it was quite scary as for a lousy driver like me

The place was excellent but only one thing that disturb me. On the last day as I was leaving for breakfast the parling gate couldn't be open with the pass provided. The security guy had to do it manually and this took time.

It was beyond expectation especially the modern technology in security, accessibility n letter box very convenient , very well furnished , highly recommending my friends to visit Penang and stay in straits garden inn. Joseph was responsive , attentive and professional. Thank you

조지타운 시내에서는 약간 벗어난 곳입니다. 하지만 시내까지 택시비가 비싸지 않고, 버스도 있어요. 저희가족은 시내는 딱 하루만 갔었고 나머지는 여행을 다녔기에 굳이 값비싼 시내에서 지낼 필요가 없었습니다. 건물 상가에는 일식, 한식, 현지식 레스토랑과 세븐일레븐이 있습니다. 로컬시장이나 슈퍼마켓, 나이트 마켓도 걸어가는 거리에 있었어요. 아파트가 너무 깔끔했고, 셀프체크인ㅡ아웃에 대한 안내를 너무 잘 해주셔서 찾는데 힘들지 않았습니다. 또한 체크아웃 후 문의사항이 있으면 언제든 메신져를 하면 도와주시겠다고 하시더라구요. 정말 기분좋게 머물다 왔습니다. 다음에 기회가 되면 꼭 머물거에요.
