Room was clean and amenities well taken care of. However, the translucent toilet doors may be awkward for friends staying in the same room.

The hotel is clean, staff are friendly, amenities are good.

Quite nice stay, rooms and bathroom very clean, beds are very firm and comfortable, A/C is efficient in cooling. The half board deal was quite nice especially dinner options were delicious. We took advantage of the shuttle to Jiaoxi Train Station. Overall stay was enjoyable. Although there are other more expensive options around town, this one was good enough value.

Best hot spring hotel we ever went. We had our own outdoor hot spring bath pool, very private and beautifully done. Delicious food, good service, courteous staff, clean & beautiful facilities nice gym.

Loved the large hot spring tubs in each room. The afternoon tea tickets were a pleasant surprise inclusion for the stay. Highly recommend!

We were thoroughly impressed with the level of service at this hotel. On the day of check-out, it poured rain heavily, and we needed to catch our train. The hotel staff went above and beyond by offering to drive us to the train station, ensuring we stayed completely dry—like cotton candy! It's rare to find such thoughtful and caring service, and it made our departure so much easier. Highly recommend!

This hotel is just blew away our expectations at every level and we have travelled a lot. In terms of family friendly, it’s top notched. My kids didn’t want to leave. Firstly checkin process was nice and easy, our room wasn’t ready yet so they gave us free happy hour coupons to enjoy complimentary tea service upstairs till 3pm. Then my kids enjoyed the game room and toddlers play area, plus the little arcade area downstairs with free popcorns. What can I say? This hotel sold me already!!!! The hot spring service was great too, kids area was warm and not boiling hot for them to play in. Overall I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. Oh did I mention the complimentary breakfast is top notched. It’s catered towards Asian cuisine, which I would whole heartedly prefer. Hotel is so clean and room was nice and tidy. Definitely would stay again if we ever visit Jiaoxi again.

The staff was friendly. The hotel room was awesome. My children didnt want to leave at check out. Food was also great but would love to see more variety or options. Hot spring was awesome in the public area and in room tub. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again

When we booked it was not late check in so we pay the asking price including breakfast etc but nearer last check in ! No good enough but staff has been. Very helpful.

Overall a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Valletta. Great location, Good breakfast. Clean room, friendly staffs…etc. Highly recommended!
