Disappointing! The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty (and only discovered when in the shower!), no water bottles in the room and only a single hanger in the wardrobe. The online check-in didn't work and the airport shuttle was never available.

The management staff did not want to turn the room heater on, the room was at around 50 degrees but their excuse was that I was the only room complaining, the they told me they had sent all the information to Travelocity for my reimbursement and the did not, staff extremely rude and not helpful at all, AVOID this one!

We have been using this hotel exclusively for the past year-2 years; I feel like the quality of the breakfast is not the same as it once was. I don’t know if it is worth the extra charge to include it in my reservations for the next time

The property is always immaculately clean and inviting. The experience starts with the wonderful scent in the lobby and continues to the well-appointed rooms.

Stay good breakfast really good waitress and chefs and attention the best but a check in first not good think gril wasn’t on the best mood have to wait another hour after shift change the next men on front desk better service and at check out was hoping the gril wasn’t there hopefully another man customer service really help me good stay the best at restaurant on breakfast thanks for everything

It’s a great hotel to stay. We stayed 2 days and also added the breakfast which was delicious lots of options. Will definitely be returning again.
