Nice comfortable stay. We had to park a short walk away due to the weekly market. There are no staff onsite after 20.00 which can be a negative as we had to find somewhere to eat. Plenty of quirky individual eateries nearby. Bed amazingly comfortable great nights sleep.

The hotel is in a good central location. My room was clean and very comfortable. It had really good facilities (including fridge, safe, kettle, toiletries etc), and free parking nearby.

A lovely property and great staff. Very well located. Romms were up a lot of steep stairs and no lifts somif you are travelling heavy just beware. Many properties in Louth have the same issue so this is not a n isolated problem. Just the age and character of the properties in the area.

We had a comfortable stay,the staff we saw were very friendly from what e noticed the young man running the bar also did reception duty’s When we came down for Breakfast the tables were never set up they did that when you sat down I thought the breakfast menu was very limited.

Short work trip. On the whole a very nice hotel. My room 10 was lovely with welcoming bed, pillows and power shower. Well recommended

Good location, although a little difficult to find. Parking wasn't on site but provided free parking a short walk away. 30 minutes parking outside the hotel. Only disappointment was they didn't open for evening meals. Breakfast was excellent.

We have stayed three times at the Mason Arms and have enjoyed our stays. Easy parking, rooms are spacious and staff helpful. There are no lifts and stairs are great for exercise, however I was aware of this. Thanks to Peter (the manager) & staff

Friendly welcome, clean comfortable room, great coffee machine in the room with 2 pods per person plus tea bags. Bathroom compact but clean and had a great shower. Good choice of breakfast and quality of food items.

From the outside it looks like a traditional pub but what a surprise when you go inside. The bar and restaurant is light, airy and modern. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. The two flights of stairs to the rooms are challenging but the hotel does warn you at booking so cant complain. The room itself was clean with large ensuite bathroom. My only complaint was the lack of bedroom furniture. There were no drawers and the only hanging space was an industrial looking pipe situated over the kettle and coffee maker. There was space for a wardrobe so why not put one in. We did have a great weekend Louth is a lovely market town and the locals are very welcoming
