The only comment is the TV in the room wasn't easy to use , having to score through many channels trying each one to see what programme was available. If the remote can be set to show programme guide instead of station guide that would be helpful. We gave up !! Also the bar menu was adequate , however we went into the restaurant side to experience the dining offer in there only to be told it was the same limited menu as the bar, that was disappointing

The WiFi is pretty bad. Most of the time we have no signal in our room.

Really not sure why this place is only 3 star, I've stayed in plenty of 4 / star hotels and found this place better. Great facilities, very clean and great location.

Hotel was really good. Very good location for exploring. Only disappointed thing was rooms are very hot even with a fan, also room was roadside, which can be noisy.

Lovely room, clean, friendly staff. Great pool/leisure facilities especially after a long hike. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening meals however breakfast was disappointing.

Very enjoyable stay. Clean rooms, The only negative was you had to book a time for breakfast but would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Waterloo Lodge Hotel. Surprisingly upgraded on arrival to a lodge room with patio. It was nice to have some outside space. Room was spotless & quiet, bed comfortable and we slept really well. The addition of a mini bar would be useful but other than that, the amenities were very good. We didn't use the pool or gym but ate in the restaurant 1 night as closed on Monday & Tuesday evenings. This wasn't an issue as there are plenty of good pubs and restaurants within 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfasts at the hotel are excellent and cooked to order with good quality produce. The outside areas would benefit from a bit of attention but we will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

We really liked the lodge as it felt much more private than the hotel but with all the amenities available. Gym small but with all equipment working. Pool clean and a pretty good size. Food excellent. All staff friendly and helpful.

Overall nice and clean. The superior family lodge is over two floors. Staff nice and polite and personal parking space. There are three pod point EV chargers in the parking which is an advantage but sometimes all occupied. The slight issue was the heat. You wouldn't usually expect too much heat in Snowdon but given there was the heatwave going, the top floor where the bedrooms were, it was difficult to sleep there. They provided fans but still it was hot. Plus the fan wont throw air to the one sleeping on the bunk bed . For paying over £1100 for 3 nights, having no aircon is a bit of a shame. The hotel itself isn't worth that much price but its more the location you pay for. You have to book for a table for breakfast which is odd and then there are some generic things available to eat and you order the rest. There aren't many options but enough to have reasonable breakfast. Overall, nice but I might book somewhere cheaper if I came to Snowdon again.

Overnight stay . Staff very welcoming and friendly , and informative about Hotel and surrounding area . Did not actually stay in the Hotel but in one of the lodges behind Hotel which is ground floor level . Bathroom exceptionally clean . Bedroom clean and would benefit an upgrade . Anxious about leaving window open overnight as on ground level so felt quite stuffy at night . Full WelshBreakfast very good and served hot . Staff very pleasant . Free Good parking facilities overnight . Enjoyed our stay .
