A quiet and charming Japanese inn; their food was good, and the room was old but clean. However, we would have liked more Japanese ryokan services. There was not much interaction with anyone at the hotel during the stay. We expected to get Japanese-style services and hospitality during our stay... none in the lobby, in the dining room, or when we left the inn. It was very unusual for the type of accommodations. We feel cold, impersonal services.

What a treat it was to stay here. An adventure to get there and magnificently located. Food was plentiful and Japanese style a one would expect.

we spent 6 weeks doing a road trip... stayed at many Ryokans along the way including many of the famous onsen towns. This was the best .. not an easy place to get to but well worth the time and effort. WONDERFUL

The dinner and breakfast are just delicious

This Onsen was dreamlike and situated in the most beautiful little village deep in the mountain a d surrounded by incredible nature. Bit dinner and breakfast were excellent, and plentiful. Very much worth the long windy detour.

Familyfriendly, clean rooms

和室よりか洋室の方がよかった。売店が小さかったので土産が買えなかった。

チェックアウトしてから寸又峡へのハイキングの際に駐車場を利用させて頂けました。

温泉、料理、部屋の雰囲気とどれも良かったです。夜の星空も見れて良かったです。

Next to bus station. Really nice atmosphere. Nice staff. Traditional Japanese style room. Really nice and spacious. Dinner and breakfast are both superb. Great place to stay.

客室、温泉、お料理、スタッフサービスも良かったですが… お風呂脱衣室に、ドライヤー1つした なく、お客様同士で待ちながらの使用はすごく時間かかりました。

温泉がとても良いです。また行きたいです。

細い山道の運転は疲れたが、ひっそりとして人も少なく、季節の良い時の自然散策はベストだと思う、 ホテルはよくあるマニュアル通りの対応ではなく、老舗らしく機転の利いた対応には気に入った。 施設は古いが、またそれも味がある。コスパもよく総合評価優です。

また、行きたいと思います。

建物にはレトロな風情があり、食事も美味しかったし温泉もまずまずで、楽しい滞在をさせて頂きました。特に周辺環境は静かで自然に溢れ、とてもリフレッシュできました。
