Cleanliness and service oriented staff.

Hotel is clean and same as what it has been shown in the pictures. From the rooms you have a good valley view. Food at restuarant is good. They have a buffet breakfast. Only issue I found is the distance from the Mall Road. Everytime the taxi charge 500 rupees for one way to Mall Road. Hotel should provide free shuttle at least 3 to 4 times in a day for their guests. rest everything is okay

The views from the property are incredible. The breakfast is great. The other meals are great. Service is great too. Only two things I did not like: ONE: There was a very low wifi signal in the room and I would not recommend the hotel to anyone who needs to work and as cell phone signals at the property are low too. TWO: The bathroom exhaust did not fundtion. So the smell remained in the bathroom for a LONG time.

Hotel is nice and situated at a perfect location away from the hustle of mall road. View from the hotel is awesome. Rooms are clean and spacious and have a nice view from window. On the other side food was okayish and they took a lot of time to deliver it. Also parking is conjusted.

Highly recommend. Would come back to this hotel, when next in Shimla
