Very basic room but comfortable enough staff were lovely and very helpful

Stayed a few times with my son , this time unfortunately the room looked and was not clean as usual standard. No shower curtain sink stained and dirty floor space not clean . Bedding fine . Bit of a let down was only a nights stay thankfully

When we arrived, the lovely lady at reception was extremely kind & friendly. I pleasure to of met her. She was helpful & empathetic. My grandson who is 5 felt as though he had met a new best friend. Very pleasant stay. Great location and fantastic price. Just perfect for 1 night Thankyou

You get what you pay for. The room wasn’t overly clean, the shower curtain was absolutely filthy and covered in, what I’m assuming, mold. The duvet was ripped and the walls weren’t very clean. The walls were also coming apart. Fine for one night but, again, you get what you pay for.

I expected basic as i didnt require anything other using the room as I work nearby and was going out and had to be back at work early the following day. On arrival, front desk issued key promptly and advised where my room was. The communal areas were not overly clean, the room itself was, as expected, small. Cleanliness was ok but decor is desperately in need of a refresh. Window had flaking paint, as did all areas of bathroom with bare plaster in some areas. Brown staining all around shower and door areas. There was no hot water which i should have been advised as when leaving the following morning was told an engineer was attending. My expectations were always low but even when paying around £100, I expect a room to be clean and maintained.

Me and my husband stay one night in the hotel . We stayed before hotel so many times in London and we know if you booking room with no windows we know what we get for your money. But if you advertise on the hotel website air conditioner and garden and no air conditioner and no garden it’s acceptable! Never stay again and I wish company stop lies about the hotel condition and get guests to stay with out any explanation.

No AC during an heat wave made it unbearable even during the night, woke up constantly and could not go back to sleep, Otherwise the staff were very welcoming, and the location is not far from two subway stations-15 min walk with a Sainsbury 5 minutes walk.

The location was excellent, the reception staff were excellent, the facilities were at best adequate. The budget double with no window we booked was ok for an overnight stay, however, you get what you pay for! Nowhere to store your phone compact space was exactly what it is. The best feature was the air conditioning, greatly used overnight during May’s record breaking heatwave. The room was in total darkness ( and I mean, total darkness! ) once the light was switched off. Wi-Fi signal was great, however, we had no internet connection. We didn’t complain as we were only there for one night. Overall an ok experience, not the best, not the worst. A few subtle changes would make it a lot better in our experience.

Great location and price but hotel seemed neglected.

Cheap hotel option for the area, which did the job for a couple of nights. The room was very cramped (but that was expected & reflected in the cost). It wasn't particularly clean, but the bed was comfy and it had air conditioning. All in all, a very 'okay' stay!

Nice location/ nice staff/ okay room but no windows so beware if claustrophobic.

Room size pathetic. Unable to manoeuvre around. Other guests extremely noisy. Hoovering at 11.45pm. No provisions in room/shower. Would not use again.

Very clean room, very friendly staff

Rooms were not clean. One of our party had to change rooms because sheets were obviously dirty and there was a smell in the room. New room had clean sheets but the room was not great and was cold with mold and condensation. One member of staff was grumpy and unhelpful, the other 2 were polite. Great location. We weren’t looking for perfection but expected it to be clean. Would not stay again.
