This hotel was a great option if you don't mind taking uber everywhere. There really is no walkability here as you are next to a very busy road. A vending machine would have been nice or a small store. Other than those things it was a modern clean room

Everything was good except non of the machines in the gym work. so if the gym is important to you, this is not the place to stay

Yes ! Room was nice and clean. Great pressure on the shower and a good view if the city and parking lot(vehicle). Will defenitely stay again.

Buenazo pero la regadera mal, muchos cambios de temperatura

The room smelled like sewage the entire time (6 nights) and I brought it up to the staff multiple times. Once the sprayed the shower and sink drains which helped for a couple of hours. I will not stay here again.

This hotel has a very good value for the price. All the staff were remarkably helpful. The hotel is eco-friendly, so there is a slight downside regarding the water temperature in the shower. Nevertheless, it is a great hotel with great staff, and I would stay here again and recommend it.

El hotel estaba bien pero por unos pocos dolares más tienes opciones mejores cosas como un minifrige el lugar no tenía ni un solo cajonero la tabla de planchar rota la cama rígida no tiene cafetera en el cuarto no puedes hacer llamadas locales del cuarto solo del front desk, es sabido que la comida no es muy querida en Querétaro y el restaurante tenía poco que ofrecer por 200 pesos el desayuno, la cafetera estaba en el lobby no en el piso aparte una planta decorativa estaba literalmente obstruyendo la azúcar y crema la estructura estaba muy bien casi nueva pisos y elevadores en buenas condiciones como digo por 10 dolores más consigues mucho más.

Great hotel for an overnight stay on my way elsewhere. Comfortable, clean, modern.

The only complaint i had was that they didn’t have any alcoholic drinks (wine). Everything else was perfect
