A lovely hotel with attentive and friendly staff. A lovely room, and the swimming pool and spa facilities are really pleasant.

Breakfast awesome. The spa 100 percent. Cist is value was excellent. Only complaint wad the elevators being a bit slow and two different buttons to control each. Really a small issue. All else very good.

Pas du tout un cinq étoiles. Situé dans une zone industrielle. Chambre mal conçue malgré ses 33 m2, surtout avec une personne à mobilité réduite. Peu d’espace entre les lits et devant. Salle de bain minuscule. Aucune aide. Petit déjeuner nul.

I've stayed there before and love the property. I booked the Premium room to have spa acces and showed up at 8:45 pm just to learn that the spa closed at 9:00 pm. The operating hours should be written somewhere when we book.

La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, la piscine et le gymnase bien entretenus, et c'est vraiment super d'avoir accès au déjeuner!

We loved our stay and will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Saguenay. Having a hearty breakfast (the omelet station!) before our outdoor activities was perfect! Then coming back to recover at paus spa ended was just what we needed. We even used the free laundry facility as well. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
