Great staff and clean room

Really nice hotel, comfy bed and good buffet breakfast

Despite a lot of work going on at the hotel, we thought it was one of the better hotels we've stayed at. Large room, quiet overnight, free parking, easy walking to Telford centre and good free breakfast. Would recommend.

Room was okay, shower area/tiles etc were clean but still dirty looking. Grout definatly needs a refresh. Breakfast staff and food were outstanding. Great overeall stay.

Room was excellent standard all round - equipment, cleanliness and comfort. Reception were very friendly and efficient and, with a great breakfast included as well, the whole stay was excellent, relaxing and very enjoyable 😊

It was an ok hotel but we had issues with the heating being too hot and the staff told us they were having a new central heating system installed in December! Breakfast was basic Staff were ok Room wasn’t that clean

Decent enough..... Breakfast hmmm had better. Then again only advertised as continental. Location is OK but it looks close to shopping centre buts its not if you're walking - got to walk all the way around.

Room was a good size, clean and warm. Breakfast was good, scrambled egg,bacon and beans. Toast , pastries, cereal and fruit. Machine for coffee and tea. We stayed on a Sunday so had a very good rate. Staff were very pleasant. Free parking.

It was a convenient and comfortable night's stop. Dinner is at the adjacent Holiday Inn hotel.
