It turned out we had bedbugs after staying here 2 days. All except one of 5 of us had bites after sleeping here. The onsen is a bit weird and public and you need underwear and a swimming cap for it….Staff very nice and friendly and breakfast surprisingly good

We were given a room that was not the same as the one shown in the advertised photos. A few days before check-in, I received a message about the room, and on the day we arrived, I specifically requested a room that matched the photos. Unfortunately, my request was rejected and we were told that no changes could be made. Additionally, there was noticeable noise in our bedroom caused by water flowing through the pipes whenever other rooms finished using the hot spring. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay as we were unable to sleep well.

Room with car poach at your door step is super convenient, staffs are so friendly and the breakfast is simple yet nice, quite satisfied.

Room was clean, staffs were very helpful and friendly! We had a designated garbage which was very nice. A/C was functioning well. Breakfast was included. Overall, great experience.

Friendly staff, clean suite and in good condition as advertised, on suite parking was available but did not use, overall good experience.

I had a terrible check in experience. The front desk lady was rude and not professionally trained. She checked us in and then called us back since she forgot to charge us. The room is a motel like set up outside of the main building. She forgot to turn on the light and asked us to walk on and find the room number. We were afraid of walking in since it was too dark. It's like walking into a underground parking lot. The lady did not apologize and said "okay I will turn it on now." I said why couldn't you do all these professionally and she replied "if you are not happy you can complain." Great! Here I am. Do NOT pay the higher price for such a terrible service. The lady made me feel like she did NOT feel like to serve her guests.

The breakfast selection was medicore but the hot spring bath was nice.

Is a convenient location to many nice eateries and hot spring faciliaties. Recommend for families or couples. Although the furnishing are fairly outdated but the beds are comfortable. Good rest after a hectic day.

Probably get what you pay for. The thing that put me off was the smell of sigarette smoke filling the room (probably coming through the air conditioning system).

The surrounding of the hotel is good. However the suana place versus toilet place which is not A good choice. The door can’t be locked as well and this crowded hotel.

The 6 pax villa was awesome with the private hotspring baths. The only slight disappointment was the poor internet connection which disrupted the cable tv’s connection and the insufficient hooks in the bathroom for hanging of clothings.

Clean and comfortable room. Bathroom is huge. Walkable to train station and night market. Taxi from hotel to train station about Taiwan dollar $120. Friendly and helpful staffs

Receptionist did not communicate very well. I think that a foreign visitor would have a hard time communicating with the check-in staff. Her mandarin was spoken rapidaly for someone who has a hard time speaking mandarin. Her English speaking ability was limited making communication that much more difficult. Otherwise the hotel is in a clean condition, the spa facility is excellent, and the room attendant was very attentive making the overall experience an enjoyable one. I would give a 4 star rating.
