Quiet hotel, you can see Fuji Mt. just in front of the hotel lobby. The room is quite old but functional. You will get your basic needs while you are enjoying Kawaguchiko. The bed is quite small, if you travel with small children, consider informing the hotel so they will offer you a room with more beds. The breakfast is very nice with Japanese style and carefully cooked.

Location is bit far from Kawaguchiko Station actually, quite a walk especially if you got big luggage with you. The street view in front of the hotel is AWESOME you can see Mount Fuji very close if the sky is clear. All Nice Overall 👍

The hotel is a 13-minute walk from Kawaguchi station, a quiet area, close to Matsumoto Kiyoshi and Welcia, and the rooms are quite large and have a balcony, very comfortable

Receptionist staff are greeted and friendly. The check-in process is easy. The room is large with a fresh hill view. The location is 20 minutes by walking from Fujikawaguchiko Station. It is recommended to stay here.

The hotel is comfortable, but when I went there it was snowing heavily so I checked out before it was time to check out. But the hotel service is very good.

it was a great stay here. about 15min walk from kawaguchiko station and there is shuttle bus that will take you to and pick you up from kawaguchiko Station (at specific time), I'm travelling with kids and this facility is what I'm thankful for the most. the room is quite spacious for Japanese standard. the water power is so great. heater works really well. the receptionist gave clear information in english. I came to the hotel at 2pm, despite the check in time they give me the room instead because it was cleaned already. will recommend Sawa to others who wants to explore fujikawaguchiko!

Clean rooms with coin-operated laundry machines are on the 2nd floor. In front of the hotel, Huij San view is very beautiful. After the room, you can see Fuji San. The service staff is very good. There is a pick-up service from Kawaguchiko Station. With Toyota Alparts
