Polite and helpful staff. Clean , easy and organized hotel. Good location.

They din't had our reservetion information. The breakfast was extremely crowdy a too much people por too small restaurant.

My experience was very good! The breakfast was excellent! The location was ideal. So close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Super recommended!

The room was not like tha big but was clean. The bathroom was super clean and the shower was nice and big.

It was OK. I don’t think the savings in the rate compensate for the simplicity of the hotel. Rooms are tiny. No hairdryer, no phone, the third bed was inside a wardrobe and you have to make it yourself. Towels and pillows for two in a room for three. One shampoo sachet only. Paid breakfast with large waiting lines. The guys at the parking wanted to charge for a full second day stay when I only exceeded the parking time for 15 minutes. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Quarto ridiculamente pequeno, nàobserve para pessoas altas

O quarto estava com as duas luminárias acima da cama sem funcionar. O quarto era muito escuro mesmo com as demais luzes funcionando. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, só elogios.

Bom: Estacionamento e restaurante no local. Ruim: 1) Quarti pequeno 14m2; 2) Não oferece toalha de rosto.

Ótima localização, café da manhã muito bom, funcionários super atenciosos! Recomendo.

Eu sempre me hospedo no ibis Budget em Santos, porém dessa vez, precisei ajoelhar pra pegar meu anel que caiu embaixo da cama e estava simplesmente imundo, uma camada enorme de poeira, fiquei chateada com o ocorrido pois se não fosse por esse fato, o quarto parecia estar de fato limpo. A equipe é sempre ótima, educada e muito prestativa.

Local, cafe e colaboradores muito bom. Tive problemas com o quarto com bastante mofo.

É um hotel da linha íbis, mas muito simples

Sugiro mais variedade no café da manhã.
