Great hotel, excellent location! Wonderful staff and for Spa staff, Akash is the best for massage!

Holy river hotel is in a very convenient location in Rishikesh. We stayed in for three nights and we enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel with all the amenities nearby. Very helpful staff and also looked after our driver.

The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and understanding, despite the very fluid travel situation we had.

I was thoroughly impressed with my recent stay at the Holy River Hotel in Hrisikesh. The hotel facilities were above expectations for their price point. The rooms were sufficiently sized and comfortable for me and my roommate. There was a nice assortment of dishes for breakfast, and everything was delicious. The staff was warm and accommodating. Akash, the on-site spa manager and masseuse, stands out as a highlight. He is friendly and went out of his way to make room in his schedule for me and other members of my travelling party to receive massage treatments while we were there. Akash is a well-trained masseuse who does exceptional bodywork. You will not regret booking a massage with him. I can't recommend the Holy River Hotel enough. I will definitely book again the next time I visit.

Hotel was nice and we appreciated the early check-in they gave us as well as having a room on a high floor with a (partial) view of the river. The bathroom was a bit of a problem thought when taking a shower there was literally no way to avoid serious flooding. The room also could get a bit sticky and it wasn't possible to open the window to air it out, unfortunately. Breakfast buffet was just 'ok', there were no eggs on offer at all, for example (not even hard boiled ones). Location of the hotel is good, right on the main drag in town, so gives good access to restaurants, shopping and travel services.

This hotel was one of the best we tried in Rishikesk. It did not have a view of the river and the streetside rooms were a bit noisy but the patio was nice. The best part was that you can go across the street to Ganga Kinare that is on the river and holds a lovely aarti in their private ghat. They also have a fantastic yoga studio on the top floor with an incredible view and a terrific teacher that is free to attend.

The hotel is in a good location and the food was nice. Unfortunately the bed wasn't very comfortable being two single beds pushed together to make a double, and we kept experiencing powercuts throughout our whole stay. Paying over 6500 rupees for one night, I expected more.

The welcome here was so lovely. I was given complimentary breakfast and the staff were so kind. My room was lovely, clean and inviting. As a lone female traveler I felt safe and comfortable at all times. The hotel is conveniently located and within easy walking distance to shops at Laxman Jhula. The breakfast was great and the room service was swift. The food was tasty and healthy. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A good hotel in Tapovan district. I found the location good. Hotel rooms and bathroom abit small. Good for a stay when ur going to be out most of the time. Clean hotel with friendly staff

The noise from the street was a little annoying could not sleep .

Very clean modern safe hotel with good breakfast, good hot water and good views close to the centre of town. Mr. Bharat and his team on the front desk keep things running well.
