Great location and very spacious. Close to station for those arriving by train. Very useful having a washing machine during our stay. Only small area for improvement would be the heating in the bedroom as the radiators never really warmed up so maybe in the colder months would be an issue. Overall, an excellent place to stay with great amenities.

The apartment was clean and in a fantastic location. I loved the old world charm and it was nice to have space to cook breakfast every morning. I also loved the large, thick towels and the rain shower head! I think the configuration of the room could have been better - the TV stand/closet area in the middle of the room made the space feel more cramped than what I expected and the bedposts stuck out way too far, causing us to hit our toes/knees multiple times throughout our 4 night stay. Overall, our stay was good and I’d recommend this place to others visiting Edinburgh.

The studio apartment was everything we needed and was a very comfortable place to call home for three days. Working the microwave/convection oven was quite the challenge even though we read the manual, so suggest cooking mostly on the hob.

Super nice and large size. There is a washer no dryer. There is an elevator for your luggage. They have luggage storage and offered 1 hour later check out for 10£. The bedding and pillows were great quality. Very comfortable.

Well situated just off the Royal Mile / North Bridge

Lovely building, the interior is spotless. Easy to find, excellent location for sightseeing. Room is well-equipped, our view wasn't the nest but we were there to sleep. The only real issue was that it was quite cold, even with the heating cranked up, particularly in the bathroom. up

Loved staying here so much we stayed an extra night! As mentioned the spiral staircase is very narrow, but if you don't have large suitcases it's worth it for the view.

Windows need replaced with updated double glazing . Apartment was as described only windows for heating and sound could be improved

Everything was great! My only feedback was not having an outlet in the bathroom to plug in hair tools.

The room was clean, at this hotel there is very little interaction with the staff, what we had was fine.

The staff were extremely helpful super responsive. I even left some items in the apartment, I called them later and they proactively stored the items in stored luggage with my other belongings. Place was great just like photos. Absolutely fabulous service

No staff, which is fine with me. Easy entry, spacious, clean, excellent location. Apartment basically with good view of the Christmas market. One note on the Attic Flat, have light luggage and be pretty fit. No lift and impressive staircase to get in. Was excellent.
