Perfect location, clean place and unique features. I loved my stay here.

This was a perfect family apartment! The location could not have been better, literally steps from the Royal Mile and Waverley Station. The apartment itself was very large and spacious, enough room for everyone have their own space after a long day of sightseeing. Highly recommended for a family of 4!!

Seamless check in, convenient luggage storage beautiful building and modern decor. Very comfy beds, excellent location. Zero complaints other than we could figure out how to work the oven, maybe it was broken? Still a 5/5 great stay.

This property is in an amazing location, just off the Royal Mile in the heart of Edinburgh old town. We had a one bedroom suite and it was very spacious. The room was quite clean with fresh sheets and towels but things like baseboards and trim could do with a fresh coat of paint and bathroom caulking needed redoing (signs of mould). Kitchen was well appointed if you wanted to make your own meals. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there was no lift; you had to climb 75 stairs so not accessible for many. Room had an underlying smell of sewage gas which was quite unpleasant - this should be addressed.

We enjoyed our stay at Linton Collections. The apartments are clean, spacious and they have a lot to offer for the price. The location is great and walking distance to all the shops and cafes, to both Holyroodhouse Palace and Edinburgh Palace. The lift was unserviceable from day 2 of our stay until the end. We requested the host for partial refund for the inconvenience, however they did not offer any refund.

Our apartment was amazing! Large, bright and beautiful. Beds were super comfortable and everything was clean. The kitchen amenities were perfect for everything that we needed and the location was spectacular. Definitely would stay there again and we’ll recommend a friends and family.

The apartment was wonderful. Beautiful furnishings and had all amenities that we needed. The check in was difficult due to too many emails to sort through. Luckily Matt was able to let us in.

One of the most well designed rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms look right out of a magazine. Amazing location. Perfect. Checking was a little confusing but a real human was able to respond quickly. Super nice all around.

I would definitely recommend this property. The location was near everything we wanted to see and lots of restaurants. The apartment was clean and fully functional. We were able to do some laundry which was handy. It was a great choice.

A beautiful central apartment with what you need to a weekend getaway. Very quiet despite central location due to double glazing. The bath was amazing !

Overall very good place to stay in Edinburgh. Very close to Waverley the main train station. Few minor design issues in the bathroom but otherwise faultless. Some confusion with checkout that needs improvement

We took the train into Waverley Station and it was only a 3 minute walk away. It was very easy to find. The place was very clean and easy to get into. Our apartment was the attic one and it was soooo beautiful. So worth all the stairs. The views were amazing. It was very convenient to walk all over Edinburgh.
