Very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect.

Place is falling apart. Buttons in the elevator designating floor are off, my bathroom sink permanently has water in it because the drain is installed too high, toilet flush valve fell off. I asked staff to reinstall it , it was just placed in the hole so next time I touched it it fell off again. TV has 1000 channels but none in English or staff has no idea how to work TV. They said a service guy is coming but he never came. AC was blowing cold but it took 24 hours to cool the room. Balkony door have gaps so strong winds blowing whistle on the gasps 24 hours a day. Coffee machine in the restaurant falls apart - unable to lock the front panel. I’ve stayed in 5 different properties in 3 weeks in Morocco this was by far the worse and only disappointment. Other properties were better than expected.

Great position. Helpful friendly staff. Pool area partially covered and people were smoking, not nice as it lingered so did not use it. Private beach area beds were dirty and we saw non residents abusing them and not taking their rubbish away. Other than that the hotel was very nice. We would return. Felt safe in the resort

The property is very well kept and in a fabulous location. Our room overlooked the beachThere was nice restaurant across the street and only a 5 minute walk to the Medina. Breakfast was great and several gluten free options for my daughter who has celiac. The staff arranged private transportation for us from and to Marrakesh. The driver was great and stopped midway for gas and a snack. What a great experience.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. There is someone outside to assist with parking and help with your luggage, which was very convenient and appreciated. The location is truly perfect—it’s directly across from the beach and less than a five-minute walk to the medina. I’m not exaggerating when I say the location is excellent. The area is clean, safe, and very walkable, with ATMs and restaurants nearby. The room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including plenty of choices for vegans, and the staff was very accommodating. We would absolutely return and would definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend.

From the moment I checked in, the staff from the front desk to the café and restaurant were incredibly professional and welcoming. Their cheerful attitudes and outstanding customer service made our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

hotel was close to water activities, old medina, port, and beach. appreciated the beach lounge chairs and umbrellas. hotel was in need of some updating : our ac unit was not working, deck wax was peeling, and my kids room had water coming from the shower thru the wall near one of the beds. overall it was a good stay so we didnt make any complaint to front desk. complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise. thank you

Stayed 2 nights with my partner. Convenient that there is reserved parking. As we pulled to the hotel there is someone to guide you to a parking spot. Check in was fast and easy. The room we had was on the 2nd floor facing the beach. Amazing view! Loved that there was a terrace with doors that open. Sitting on the terrace reading, people watching or just enjoying the beach and sun was the highlight. Beach loungers just across the street was plentiful when we stayed early December. Hotel was located within a walking distance of the Medina and Marina. Very safe area. A good variety for breakfast.
