I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The staff were polite, helpful, and made the experience comfortable. The location was convenient, and the overall ambience of the hotel was nice and relaxing. However, there were a couple of areas that could definitely be improved. The room was quite small, with very limited space to move around comfortably, especially with luggage. Also, the swimming pool did not seem to be properly maintained during our stay — the water appeared green and unclean, which was disappointing. Apart from these issues, the service and hospitality were good. With better room spacing and improved pool maintenance, the experience would be much better.

My family had a perfect stay at this hotel. The location is also convenient, with easy access to the station, Kankalitala Temple, and Sonajhuri Haat by toto. We booked a 4-bedded superior room, and it was very clean, including the washroom. The staff were polite and well-mannered, which made our stay even more comfortable. We had booked the room with breakfast but later realized the usual timing starts from 8:30 AM, while we had a train at 8 AM. The hotel was kind enough to arrange an early breakfast at 6:30 AM with fruits, eggs, and bread, which we really appreciated. The hotel also has a swimming pool where my family had a great time together. We were welcomed with a drink on arrival, and we also tried food from their in-house restaurant—the quality and quantity were both impressive. The only downside is the check-in time, which is 1 PM. We reached at 11:30 AM and had to wait, which felt a bit inconvenient. Overall, my family had an amazing experience. Highly recommended!

The hotel has Clean and spacious rooms with all required amenities. They have room service where you can order basic breakfast and beverages. They do have in room dining option. Staffs are very courteous, helpful and very well mannered. The food quality is too good. Restaurant staffs are also well mannered and polite. Hotel location is also good.

Rooms are excellent with all basic amenities like tea coffee kit, brush paste, soaps and shampoos;mini fridge, geyser and AC works fine. Spacious and hygienic. Food is very good, but promptness of service may be improved. Lawn and swimming pool is well decorated, but cleaning of swimming pool is not up to the mark as tree leaves can be seen floating. Behaviour wise excellent, from reception to housekeeping and promt in every service. Smooth Check in and Check out.
