Really easy on line check-in then seamless process to get to my room without any need to wait at reception. Very convenient for the Airport

The room was very clean and the WiFi signal was excellent. The hotel has no reception so keep that in mind when booking. The bed was a little firm. The location is convenient for the airport and there's a bus stop nearby.

Il n’y a personne à l’accueil. Les portes et la guérite sont fermées et il faut deux codes différents pour entrer. Donc le tout est compliqué et très long. De plus, s’il manque quoi que ce soit, il n’y a personne à qui demander.

Very nice hotel, close to the aiport.

Check in is a nightmare. I didn't got correct email with "reservation number" Finally check in last 50 minutes. I chose this hotel, becouse it was 2,6 km from terminal 3 it was very close to my target for the next day. And in 50 minutes we were able to get to the city center and back. First time this hotel in my life, but last. I don't recomend it.

No airport shuttle. No humans at hotel. Everything is automated and not in a good way. The bed was way up firm for me and i felt like i sleept on the floor. I wish i knew this before. I would suggest others hotel for a little more but it will not be a hassle. The breakfast was just ok. Nothing special.

No staff around, no reception, room smelled, and the mattress is extremely hard.

Nobody there for checking in. Directly across the street from a large federal penitentiary...the hotel had shady tenants loitering about. Security fencing makes for unwelcome ambiance. I bailed and disputed my booking. Stay away

Room ok BUT pin dosent work, info about parking was wrong. Thay ask aditional significant fee for car parking. The cost was around aditional 25€…

Just a total hassle to get in, looking for emails, PIN numbers, etc., etc. Not what you want at midnight after a series of delayed flights. Just charge a few extra Euros and have a member of staff!

Very clean, comfortable. Well-lit with good locations of lights. The bed was comfortable and linens were great. There is a nice coffee machine in the lobby that makes espresso. Nice gentleman helped us with accessing our room. I really recommend this hotel and we enjoyed the visit, staying two extra nights.

The staff was friendly but no early check in and had to uber travel away from property for food

This hotel was just okay. The reason I booked it was because it was close to the airport, and stated it provided a shuttle. Once I got to the hotel the front desk person looked miserable, and wouldn't speak English to me. They informed me that they did not offer shuttles. Breakfast was okay. Customer service was awful.
