Very clean and spacious

Having been to Follonica numerous times and staying with relatives, this was my first experience in a hotel here. While it wasn’t luxurious, it was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The building/ grounds were lovely. I can see it being very popular for beach goers and those with family. The only thing it really lacked was coffee facilities in the room. I would recommend this to anyone who is going to the area especially those with big families.

Great: free bike hire, this was just super and we used them every day! Not-so great: free parking is public parking and not just for the apartments so on a busy weekend you might not get a space. Rubbish - you must take every piece of rubbish out of the apartment to the local bins. If you are mobility impaired this could be a challenge.

Excellent service , location and willingness to help. Will return and do recomend to book here. Near by restaurants and short walk to the beach (4 minutes).

Posto molto ben tenuto , personale molto gentile. per quanto riguarda la colazione,credo a causa della stagione ormai finita , ho trovato prodotti non di buona qualità. Torte un pò stantie , brioches surgelate , biscotti confezionati.

Essendo quasi inverno me lo aspettavo un posto di Mare desolato e abbandonato ma i Toscani so' forti....

War super, sauber, strandnah und zentral

Vacanza di una settimana in famiglia , appartamento spazioso, con terrazza comoda per mangiare all'aperto, cucina non grandissima ma con il necessario per cucinare pasti semplici, lavatrice in comune, spazio esterno ben curato, pochi passi da spiaggia libera o attrezzata.

La struttura e molto accogliente e bella, anche dentro l'appartamento e spazioso, pulito, molto bello. Un unica cosa sarebbe utile il.cambio dei asciugamani ogni tanto visto il prezzo della struttura e una colazione più abbondante, perche la.mattina si fa la fila per prendere il caffè essendo solo una macchinetta, e non ce molta scelta al buffet . Il personale veramente carinissimo!!!! Complimenti!

Die Unterkunft selber war von der Lage und der Ausstattung sehr gut. Der Strand ist fussläufig gut erreichbar - sowohl öffentliche Strandanschnitte als auch kostenpflichtige Abschnitte mit Liegen und Schirm. Vom Hotel gab es kostenlos kleine Sonnenschirme. Störend war die Bahnlinie, die unmittelbar hinter den Häusern verlief. Die Fenster waren zwar sehr gut isoliert - laut war es trotzdem. Das Problem betrifft aber viele Anlagen dort in Follonica

Ich habe eine Suite gemietet, diese war sauber, spärlich aber nett eingerichtet. Das Hotel relativ nahe am Strand. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr nett und arbeitete gut. Nicht gefallen haben mir einige Dinge: Das Personal an der Reception war zwar freundlich, aber wenig hilfreich, gab keine Informationen weiter, antwortete lediglich auf Fragen, das Personal beim Frühstücksbuffet war eher unfreundlich. Ganz allgemein fehlten mir jegliche Informationen, weder vom Personal noch irgendwo aufliegend, auch auf dem Zimmer keinerlei Unterlagen, d.h. das Hotel hat zwar eigene Parkplätze, das findet man aber nur mit Nachfrage heraus, es gibt wohl auch (kostenlos!) Velos zu leihen, ebenfalls nur auf Nachfrage.. welche andere Annehmlichkeiten sie eventuell auch noch zu vergeben hätten... wir haben es nicht herausgefunden! Entgegen den Bildern ist die Umgebung sehr heiss und wenig grün. Das ganze Hotel scheint mir eher auf "sparsam" gemacht, sehr gestört haben mich überall, auch beim Morgenessen nur Plastikbecher, ebenfalls störend der Gummimolton auf der Matratze! Alles in allem nette Ferien, Eindruck mittelmässig!

Es war schade das an der reception niemand da war. Da wäre der eintritt besser statt gefunden Aber wenn ich längere zeit wieder nach follonica komme werde ich wieder bei ihnen übernachten. Werde sie auch weiter empfehlen Auf wieder sehen
