It was an okay stay, but would have been better if the property wasn't flooded after heavy rain. They could have given us a discount or free breakfast to compensate for the difficulty to get in and out property surrounded by ankle deep water.

This hotel is clean, but very out dated. Old carpet smells. Washroom is very small: to use a bathtub I have clamb over the toilet to close the door. Very ridiculous. Over all, our stay was just OK

This is an old property that expects too much from customer's pocket book. They should place a warning on their web page that freight trains go pass the hotel every couple of hours : morning, noon, night and overnight. No matter what any employee says about the trains, you still wake up when they go thundering by. The daily breakfast is a good value.

Nice breakfast for the price. The staff was friendly. Great room with a nice view.

Coffee machine was super. Railroad view rooms are nosy.

Got to our room and immediately the toilet handle fell off. Room was old and dirty, loud as can be as you are right beside train tracks. Front desk not helpful at all, would not stay here again and do not recommend.

pool was being repaired, notified of this the day of arrival. this was a long standing issue which seems to be taking a long time to repairl

The beds were comfy, the rooms were well cleaned, and staff were helpful. The breakfast costs money, and the shower is one of those standing up showers. It Laundry also costs a minimum of $3 CAD. The stay was good though. The view was beautiful, with the mountains. Would recommend.

Staff is very nice

Overall would recommend! Pros -very friendly and helpful staff -had multiple water fountains with hot and cold water -had a great 24/7 coffee and tea station with good variety and hot chocolate -great to have microwave and fridge in room -quiet stay -had nice fluffy towels Cons -bathroom a bit small -no temperature panel to set a specific room temperature -sadly pool waterslide was closed (has been closed for months now)

Friendly Staff, Clean rooms. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, there is a railway track behind the property if you are weary of train sound. There is a safeway on the other side of the track. This restaurant receives tourist bus guests.

Wifi is as great The rooms were clean. Lots of places to charge devices. The staff (every single one I encountered) were AMAZING! They went out of their way to accommodate any need. Breakfast buffet was good and I felt worth the $12.00

Overall stay was good. This place was located next to the rail. No free continental breakfast.

Didn't like that the pool was closed. Didn't like that there was renovations happening on my floor. Lots of noise. No discounts on the stay even though we couldn't use the pool and on a floor during renovations. Disappointed.

Well kept well priced. Staff very helpful, very pleasant

The staff on reception were always available and very helpful. The hotel itself was in a super location, only a short walk from Main Street, or shops and restaurants along the road. The complimentary hot drinks were a big hit with hot chocolate for the kids. We were disappointed that the pool area was closed during our stay as this was one reason for my original booking, although we were informed of this in advance of our arrival.

Clean room, friendly staff, but the pool wasn’t accessible. The train woke us up a few times.
