Rooms were clean and spacious, friendly staff, nice location, good breakfast.

The Hotel is a bit tired and not worth the price

The property is pretty neat and clean. Laundry is bonus. Breakfast is really nice.

The room was a good size but the bathroom was very old, cramped and outdated. The shower didn’t have great pressure.

The staff were great, just we expected our room to be cleaned everyday, but the sheets and pillow covers remain unchanged which was not what we expected. Also if we were able to use amenities like media room longer , more than 10 pm would be great. But thanks to the hotel management and staff it was a pleasant stay in Canmore.

Good and quiet air conditioning, and the room was clean and nice. Filipino cleaning staffs were friendly. We did not use any amenities including breakfast room. The location is excellent. Close and nice view of The Three Sisters mountain. We did enjoy our stay.

Great place to stay. Short walking distance to downtown. Newly renovated rooms were awesome especially for kids. The shower had a detachable head so I could give my youngest a nice shower

Overall, we had an above-average stay. The hotel is an older property, and it definitely shows in some areas. The carpet near the doorway had a noticeable odor, and while our room was clean and comfortable enough, the bathroom was quite small. The shower wasn’t designed well—the water from the showerhead hit the wall instead of flowing directly onto you. The toilet was also old and had flushing issues. We initially had a room with an air conditioning problem and had to switch rooms. Parking was another challenge, as the hotel lot was full, so we had to park at the nearby restaurant. On the positive side, the location is excellent. The hotel is right in the middle of town, making it easy to walk or drive to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. We also really liked the outdoor tables and chairs near the breakfast area, which worked great for our large group to gather and spend time together. The mountain views were beautiful, and having access to the pools was another nice bonus. Overall, despite a few maintenance and aging-property issues, the convenient location, outdoor gathering space, mountain views, and amenities made for an above-average experience.

This property does not accept debit card which has caused some inconvenience.

1. The least important thing they could have done is put water bottles in the room. Had to fill our own water bottles from the filter every time the filter did not even have any cups. 2. Room AC was very dirty. It looks like they have never service and even curtains are very old and looks like never cleaned. 3. The property looks very old, and the mat was worn of. 4. There was no lighting in the room, except one small lamp but staff was kind. 5. Not worth the money they are charged for three nights.

Great location, clean pet-friendly room, and genuinely helpful staff throughout. One team member in particular, originally from Ukraine, was incredibly warm and helpful, she made sure we had everything we needed and just made the stay feel special. That kind of hospitality goes a long way. But generally all the staff were great! Highly recommend!

The visit was awesome. I enjoyed the view firm the outside. After staying there I feel like coming again.
