The hotel was fantastic but the staff were incredible. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home our entire stay.

The hotel was right on the money ...we had a suite blue fabulous room .Staff delivered a paella to our room for my partners birthday ...staff couldnt do enough for us i even lost my watch and room service found it for me without asking honest really honest hard to come by these days .

Fantastic central location. Staff were very attentive, couldn't do enough for you. Beautiful quirky hotel, gorgeous decor. Breakfast was delicious. We booked a junior suite as I love a quirky bath when we are away on a winter break. Unfortunately not all junior suites have them and ours didn't but they quickly found us another room which wasn't a suite but had the bath I wanted and a gorgeous view out onto the river. We were pleasantly to surprised to discover that we had received a refund the next day for the difference in room prices, something we hadn't asked for. Would definitely recommend Hotel Lobby especially for a special occasion.

Awesome hotel replaces EME as my go to hotel in Seville. Worth upgrading the room too I had suites 214. Stunning friendly staff. Will return.

Extremely helpful staff, quickly sorted out a small problem with the television. Room and hotel were scrupulously clean. Breakfast was amazing and the best we’ve ever had; fantastic choice and the quality was outstanding. Overall, a phenomenal experience and we would love to return.

Last day we had very big noise in the room hence we could not sleep properly.
