Son EXCELENTES ! Para empezar desde antes de que llegas al hotel, te sientes que va a ser una grata experiencia. Y fue mas de lo que esperabamos. El primer secreto de H21 es su GENTE ! Amables y muy profesionales. Cada detalle de decoración y de mantenimiento es finamente cuidado y estudiado. Todo funciona perfecto. estuve buscando fallas pero no las pude encontrar. La experencia es una fusion entre arte y comodidad que te hacen sentir en casa en el centro historico del hermoso Coyoacan. Nos sorprendieron con muchos detalles en la suite Sabiduria por motivo de la inaguración del mundial y nos siguieron sorprendiendo con cada sonrisa y hasta con un desayuno diario que no esperabamos. Alimentos tipo europeos y el cafe de primera con su cafetera Jura. Un gran pequeño hotel, con corazón y ALMA. Gracias Amigos

Best hotel I have ever stayed in and I traveled a lot throughout London, the Caribbean, and Mexico.

This is a lovely hotel conveniently located in Coyoacán. We were especially grateful that the staff were able to prepare our room so quickly as our young daughter was sick and needed a bed. While she lay down and watched tv, my wife and I were able to grab some food. The kitchen enabled us to warm some broth for her. Super convenient. We thought the front room would be noisy, it wasn’t bad. If coming to coyoacan, I would stay there again.

This is a gorgeous, modern and well mantained hotel. This is my second time staying her and the rooms are so beautifully decorated with great amenities. The staff is outstanding and they strive to make you feel at home. It is perfectly located closed to the Coyoacán historic center. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

I don’t know where to start! The room is beautifully designed. Simple yet sophisticated, comfortable and soooo clean. It is like a peaceful oasis. The owners and staff are all extremely, but not annoyingly, helpful and kind. The location is ideal. I can’t wait to go back!!

This is one of my favorite hotels ever! The room was spotless and staff so friendly. Gorgeous decor! We felt so safe and cared for. The location is ideal for exploring Coyacan. Each room was unique and spacious! The included breakfast was just right for starting our day. The pickup / drop off service was so convenient from the airport. 10/10!

Beautiful room

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. I think the design is the best part. We felt as if we had an entire apartment! An outdoor area, a desk area, the giant two rooms of the bathroom with the shower that brought the sunshine in…so creative and beautiful. We would live in this hotel!!

We arrived a little early and our room was ready for us. When we walked in we noticed how spacious it was, the room was very nice and clean. The bathroom was one of the biggest we’ve had since we started coming to Mexico City, and all the staff were so kind and welcoming. The area it self was great, we were down the street from the main square, so there was plenty of places to eat. But the best part was how peaceful it felt staying at H21, although we were down the street from the Zocolo, it was a pleasantly quiet stay. We will definitely be staying here again next time we stay in the area.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Immaculately clean and well organized. Breakfast included. Room was cleaned from top to bottom everyday by 9.00am

We stayed there for five nights and not only was our room beautiful but it was comfortable and tranquil. The staff were uniformly welcoming and helpful and we loved the neighborhood.

The staff were excellent. The were very helpful in planning our stay in the city with great recommendations. The hotel is beautiful and in close walking distance of many great restaurants. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Coyoacán.
