Lovely hotel, had a fantastic stay

Stayed one night in comfort double no view overlooking roof tops. Advertises free parking but struggled to find a spot had to park on the rd (2hr max) until a spot became available. So think the description should be limited free parking. Staff on reception lovely and helpful room very clean stairs and landing grubby could also do with a new carpet & lick of paint. Nice breakfast choices but service a little hit & miss. Overall enjoyable Thank you

Very good breakfast, nice not having to queue in a buffet line. Staff very helpful. Easy access, but the lift could have been bigger. Very good walk in shower, with toiletries provided.

such a welcoming place to stay, food was very good so much so as we did not eat out at all, staff were very good and helpful , could not have got any better, and so friendly

Brilliant overnight stay at Glendower. Very friendly staff who catered for all our needs as a family including Rosie our westie. Great location for beach day and parking on site brilliant. Will be staying here again in the not distant future. 5 star

Had a lovely room, staff are amazing and breakfast was lovely. Can’t fault this hotel at all. Stay here at least 4 times a year and wouldn’t dream of going to another hotel.

Very nice reception staff

Room itself fine but newly fitted shower tray flooded bathroom - Room service poor as 3 different menus give 3 different times this is available and a 4 Star hotel stopping room service at 8.00pm???? Wnen cold sandwiches came with chips quality was v poor - drie out bread a scraping of butter and over-fried oily chips - definitely not a 4 Star hotel - younger bar tender needs training on customer service and attitude. Housekeeping staff and receptionist great.
