Wonderful stay at Yayaki Spetses; Karl, Giorgios and the entire housekeeping team have built something special at Yayaki. The rooms are wonderfully stylish and spacious with all the amenities you could wish for; the communal area is incredible, especially the pool; and the food was consistently excellent. We were travelling as a family and everyone was so kind and helpful with our 18-month year old - it really meant a lot and we leave with plans to return one day! If you’re visiting Spetses I highly recommend Yayaki over the more traditional hotels along the coast.

This is a beautiful place to stay. Gerasimos and Sophia were very welcoming and helpful at check-in and throughout our stay.

Room clean, staff polite and helpful, good selection for breakfast. Nice pool. Shops and restaurants nearby. Easy to go further with bus and underground close to hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much and would come again.

Breakfast is light and minimal enough to get you started for the day. Rooms are clean and tidy but small not quiet enough space if two people are sharing getting ready with two is a challenge. Great for a few nights but would become annoying any longer. I would go again as nicely situated for all the sights and transport but not for an extended stay

A very good hotel in a very good position, close to the center and close to the main line of the metro.

The staff were extremely welcoming. This was our first time out of our country internationally on our own so we were very nervous about how to get around ect, the staff answered any questions we had, at any hour of the night the staff would be present at the front desk always smiling and eager to assist. We loved this stay at COCO MAT :)

Great find, excellent location and super friendly staff. Onluvdrawback wa sour room did not have a dresser but we managed OK. If in Greece we are coming back.

Such a cute hotel with good size rooms in a central location. Lovely happy staff that are helpful. Location is near lots of restaurants and not too touristy. Breakfast is standard, nothing special. Pool is nice but not heated. Overall a great stay.
