It seemed like there was a reservation, but they couldn't confirm it just by me saying my name, so I had to give them my reservation number and wait a long time while they re-booked it. There were no amenities in the bathroom. The room was hot. The ceiling in the personal space was rather low. It was clean, and the complimentary coffee was very much appreciated and delicious.

It ' s clean, nice location near Gion and Kiyomizu-dera. Also the receptionist is very helpful.
