Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The hotel is well-maintained and has a safe and secure environment. I received first-class service from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I left. The prime location of the hotel is a big plus. The facilities were top-notch, and the view from my room was simply stunning. Morever their Manager and other staffs behaviour was very friendly and polite. The best stay ever The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. I would definitely stay again and highly recommended others too to visit the Excellency Hotel...

Hotel is located in the right area and closer to many of the business centers. It's bang next to the Railway station. The hotel is old and likewise the rooms. Though the rooms are equipped the niggling issues like the AC not working are heard less. Even after complaining the only thing they say is it's rectified.... With no use though. Other than this bad experience, all went smooth, their hospitality, food is very good.

Food service very bad. Staff at epitome are rude. Live counter service is pretty bad. You ask for something and it comes when you are finished. Food items choice is not good. Things like ketchups etc missing. Attitude of staff was also not good. If they improve food service the hotel will become good

Great location. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is polite. Nice lobby and waiting area. Pool is small but over 4ft deep - too deep for kids. Room cleaning is up to the mark. Food is extremely overpriced and not up to the mark. I would recommend it to anyone for stay.
